  1. You honestly believe that LCPDFR would have over 580,000 downloads and yet it is infected with malware? Get real. It is indeed a false positive, but if you don't believe me, just delete it! Since you won't be playing LCPDFR, you won't need to stick around so you can bugger off and take your shitty attitude with you. You do realise you're speaking to the lead developer there, don't you? The amount of effort involved with this mod should prove that they have no reason to implement malware. They wouldn't bother spending this much time working on the project to just fuck people off.
  2. Before I got my current job, I once played 6 hours straight one weekend without crashing. Amazed the hell out of me. Never been able to play that long since though. I still average around 4 hours without crashing though which is nice since I have a ton of mods installed. Now I've got my current job, I don't have as much time at the weekends so I haven't been able to attempt the 6 hour thing much.
  3. Why don't you add a poll to this thread, OP?
  4. To be honest, I'm fairly healthy and am satisfied with my medical records. I'm think I'll continue to pass on the whole "eating your boogers" thing....
  5. This is a very common issue and as you have stated it is not because your computer is running slow. Unfortunately there is no solution for this problem. If this occurs, you just have to start a new game.
  6. I was not aware that the torture was conducted on innocents. I would've thought that they would have had solid proof that they were terrorists before they did such things. If this is the case, then yes, I agree with you fully. Also, as a side note, I'm going to ask you to refer to the image I posted again. It says "This is why I don't give a damn how we gathered information from terrorists!" It did not however, say "This is why I don't give a damn that innocents were tortured." I did not at any point say that I condoned the torture of innocent people, but when it comes to legitimate terrorists, people who are ready to kill thousands, if not millions of innocent people, then they do not deserve to have human rights. If they are prepared to take away other people's life, then they should expect to lose theirs. If they were legitimate terrorists, then I think torture is justified. However, if they are innocent people, then it is not, and I never said that it was.
  7. I never really liked brackets. Used it for a little while at work but it just got on my nerves. As a web developer, I've used various text editors and IDE's, however I've always found that Sublime Text has been the best to work with, especially for HTML and CSS. It's got a few nice features like syntax highlighting but doesn't get in the way and gives you the most control of the direction of your project. Even better, it's absolutely free :) There is a package you can install which gives Sublime a live preview feature, available here: http://fibiola.com/live-code-preview-sublime-text/

  9. I guess you're not aware of them, but there are things called web filters which do the job just fine. You can install a web filter and have all internet connections within the home filtered at the router, meaning it will be applied to all devices connecting to the internet and cannot be bypassed. Also, by law (within the uk), all mobile phone providers must provide a web filter for all 3G connections that can be applied upon request. It's even better if you educate children on the dangers of pornography, and then block it to limit their access to it as much as possible. That way, you don't need to just "hope for the best".
