  4. The script controlling the driving within GTA IV is not stored in the memory. It's hardcoded into GTA IV's engine. You cannot change anything in the memory that will affect the way that the native paramedics drive. If you think you can do it, then I'd love to see. Come back to me once you've got a file up in the downloads section.

  7. No, he didn't. What he said was, the default GTA IV paramedics controlled by the game itself is hardcoded and impossible to change. However, calling an ambulance through the policehelper mod results in the paramedic's driving being controlled by the policehelper script instead, where it has been improved.
