  1. GTA 4.5? Are you from the future? Never heard anything of GTA IV.5 - so I suppose it doesn't work with it. If you mean, that you have GTA IV/EFLC, it will work.
  2. Not Jason, but the daughter. As far as I remember she's a late teen too. The problem really isn't with teens, it's with proper Kids, like 12 and below.
  3. A 16 y/o is a teenager, which shouldn't look much different to an adult. If I remember correctly there's also teenagers in GTA IV, like this one mission, where you have to kill a biker from the lost, because he's dating a petrovic's daughter.
  4. you copy an entry like [ POLICE ], paste it in the file, and rename it to [ FEROCI2 ]
  5. MODERATOR NOTICE Moved to GTA IV support
  6. Quotes are broken atm. Also, please don't backseat moderate. If you find something that shouldn't be, REPORT.
  7. Can you be more specific?
  8. The Support forum isn't locked. But since you made that much effort in creating the post, I'll move it there for you. Can you post your system specs and tell me if the error still occurs on a completely vanilla copy of the game?
  9. As already said in this thread, it's backwards compatible. That rules out the possibility, that Lt.Caine might have completely changed the way Extras are used, doesn't it?
  10. Drop XP asap. Even Microsoft themselves are telling you that it's no longer safe and you should switch to Windows 7.
  11. Well you need the template for the car (they're usually provided within the zip or rar). Then you just "paint" over that template and replace the texture inside the .wtd - Sounds difficult but it really isn't. Make sure to check out the tutorial in the tutorials section. (And do me a personal favour, don't upload your first few skins - wait until you get better at it)
  12. Looks really nice, is there a download link? Also, I love how the fat fireman has BRANN FAGLEDER on his back... lol norwegian.
  13. With ELS installed, the Siren and Lights are separated. You toggle your primary (Red Blue, Red Red, Blue Blue) lights with J You toggle your secondary lights (Amber) with K Then there's also the option to display a configuration menu (ALT+M), where you can change the lightmodes for primary (U) and for secondary (I).
  14. MODERATOR NOTICE Split response from lukeoc90 into a new thread: Moved thread to GTA IV Gameplay/Misc Modifications
  15. MODERATOR NOTICE Split thread from: - Please avoid hijacking threads in the future
  16. Don't specify (change) the path. Just open the tray, take out disk 1 and put in disk 2. The setup will automatically detect, that the new disk has been inserted. The specify a path or disk option is just for people with multiple DVD drives.
  17. You have to edit Range and Intensity in the .ini file. Trial and error.
  18. Do whatever you want :)
  19. Internet speed has nothing (very very little) to do with PC specs...
  20. It's quite the fun game though. I've downloaded it yesterday and it immediately got a like on the greenlight page.
  21. because the channel owner is NicolaiB...
  22. Is anyone even listening to us (cp and me)? Probably not, let me get your attention with this: DELETE ELS AND THE PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED And if ANYONE else keeps telling him how to use ELS and how to install it, because they're too lazy to read the thread i'll start deleting posts.
