LCPDFR will not make the game crash by itself on a vanilla copy of GTA IV/EFLC, so it's probably something else you installed. If the taser doesn't work, it's not properly installed, run the installer again and make sure to do so as admin and with write permission on all files.

That error you're showing has nothing to do with your game crashing. That error simply means, that the installer wasn't able to install the taser model correctly. This is usually the case, when the installer doesn't have write permission for some files. In my video (above) I explain how to solve that.

Mod geht sowohl in GTA IV, so wie Episodes From Liberty City. Den Lichtermod / Sirenenmod den du siehst, ist ELS - den brauchst du für ein paar Models. (du kannst Models und Sirenenmods in unserer Downloadsektion finden). Bei der ENBwahl würde ich ganz besonders acht geben - solltest du eine erwischen mit rotem Himmel, könntest du mal diesen Mod ausprobieren: So oder so, wünsch' ich dir viel Spaß mit der Mod, und meld dich wenn du Hilfe brauchst.

EVCS seems badly made, I'd wait for ELS.net - Sam's take on a lighting system with coronas seems much more polished and better coded.

Don't bump. Moved to GTA IV discussion. I think considering you have a Notebook, it would be the best choice to use a ressource friendly ENB or a timecyc.

You go find the ELS.ini in your GTA IV folder. Change AI_ELS_SP from 1 to 0. About downgrading, just google ELSv5 and download that.

umh.... the d3d9.dll file is ENB.

It's because ELS is quite unstable at this time. Popular fixes are disabling ELS for the AI or downgrading ELS to ELSv5.

It's an interesting idea. I guess it could work in a similar fashion to the prisoner transport, but then again, you can use that.

Fraps actually is the best editing program, because it does not compress the video footage. So you get the best and highest quality recordings, however the sheer file size that the video material is, quickly becomes a problem for small harddrives and hogs system ressources (which causes a drop in fps). Fraps really only is good if you're willing to spend the 30 bucks for it and you've got a decent enough PC to run it without lag and without HDD space problems.

Install everything that has to do with GTA, so yes, also R* Social Club
