Seriously people, this mod is much larger than ELSv6. Just read through the guide once, then go through ELS.ini with the guide open and set your options, then go through the default_config.ini and set that up aswell and then go ingame and play with it.

As long as you select the files and click "replace" (in OpenIV) it doesn't matter what name they have.

Unlikely due to pirating? From which kind of special school do these people come from? So R* would rather not have ANY money from PC gamers, than all the money from the buyers and nothing from some people who pirate it? Makes perfect sense, fuck logic.

He's on the forum to get his questions answered, not get redirected to google. To answer OPs question: Don't bother. Your PC doesn't even have a dedicated graphics card. Even with that Tutorial, you won't be able to play it alright. And as a side note, Alienware computers are overpriced and mediocre. If you were ever to get a new PC, try to get a custom built. To answer the last question, upgrading your PC goes by buying new and better parts, opening your PC and replacing the parts already inside, nothing for beginners.

As said, we do not need anyone to translate LCPDFR at the moment. We will make an announcement when we do, if we do at all. Starting to "translate" now would be pointless anyways, as you don't have the strings.

I agree, though I would go as far as saying that you should tone the reflection of the cars paint a bit, and instead use the reflective value of the paint on the glass.
