ELS lights are not bright in day

Hi guys just wandering if anyone could help me i just recently started using the savior enb v2 and i have a problem at night the lights look really nice and bright as they should look in the enb yet in the day when in the sun they are very dim and you can see the little marks and everything on the light bars when light are on. Yet in the day when i put the weather on drizzle rain or fog they work fine. I will leave a video below on what they should look like in sun in day and at night but hopefully one of you guys could help me solve the problem

What line deals with els lights because I'm running into the same problem. Day ELS the lights itself is verry dim and barely noticed, not the reflection on the floor.
