You can use the ELSv7 siren. Other than that, you're out of luck.

Mac or PC? Because your PC would by default just RUN an .exe(cutable) and not ask you what to open it with. If you're on a mac or on linux, that's a whole different story.

As long as you properly credit them and none of the original authors complains about you uploading it (or has a text like "DO NOT UPLOAD OR MODIFY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION"), it's fine.

Just a heads up: You can change the modes of primary lights to LED, Strobe and Halogen. According to what you select in the .ini, you have different patterns to choose from.

Maybe in the future someone will create a mod that can play more and longer sound files, so we can have a proper manual siren - technically it's possible.

Uninstall GTA IV, delete the directory and everything that's left in it. Install GTA IV again, update it to 1.0.7.0, install ELSv7 and a car mod (to test it) and see if it works.

Nah. It's not a true mechanical, manual siren (like the Q). Basically it just plays a soundfile.

Does the same issue occur under a different browser and/or on a different video?

I suggested this to Lt.Caine twice during the testing phase, it's unfortunately not possible due to the huge ammount of coding it would take. ELSv7 is built around the way lightstages work now, if Caine was to change that, he would have to rewrite most of the code from scratch. I'm sorry, but could you try to rephrase that? I don't really understand what you mean.
