I have been having problems with my police lights in lcpdfr. I don't have any modded cars just the regular police cars but when i press any keys that have to do with the police lighting system, my lights disappear or sometimes flicker. could someone PLEASE help me it has been bothering me for a while please help.

That's not the solution. Break was wondering because your issue sounds like you *do* have ELS and don't have ELS cars. If ELS isn't installed, don't install it. If you didn't mod your cars and ELS is installed, uninstall it.

i just realized that i had installed ELS but it never did anything

 

if you have the straight up vanilla police cars and you hit the siren the lights should also tun on. if you hit j or k that is els and if it isnt installed then the lights shouldn't turn on.

DELETE ELS AND THE PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED

 

 

 

And if ANYONE else keeps telling him how to use ELS and how to install it, because they're too lazy to read the thread i'll start deleting posts.

So the cars are not els-enabled then...press g or use "/" to cycle light patterns.

delete els and just use the siren to turn on the lights. the original police cars are NOT ELS COMPATIBLE
