  1. It's impossible because of the way ELS and the extras system in general works.
  2. This works on most NVidia cards and has been around longer than the 600 Series.
  3. 1. It's Schaefft's CVPI. and 2. they're different models
  4. For a first skin, this is really well done. Keep 'em coming!
  5. Getting permissions is really easy, PM the modders if they're ok with you uploading their model in your pack. Most of them will say yes, under the condition that you credit them properly for the model. The crediting goes with the "Credits"-Box in the Downloads page and a read-me inside the actual pack.
  6. LCPDFR 0.95has dependencies in 1.0.7.0, which is the reason why only that version is supported. There'll never be a 1.0.4.0 version. The devs have explained this multiple times. Also, I do not share your experiences, about how 1.0.4.0 is more stable. Actually, I've found the opposite.
  7. You don't need GTA IV to run OpenIV. (or maybe you do, I don't really know)
  8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=o_jJOhtbfa8 But seriously, I have to tell everyone 239862187345290187568 times a day per PM; so here a version for everyone: It's a model by Cj24, losely based on his go ahead and download that), skin made by me. It was supposed to be released in a pack one day, but never got completed (due to reasons of Cj24 and me losing interest in the project). So to this day, I'm the only person using it and I think it'll stay that way for a little bit. Unless enough people want that mod, then I'll talk with Cj24 and think about retaking the work on that pack. Btw, for those interested, here's more screenshots:
  9. Use OpenIV, it allows you to display Vehicles Models in 3D, even with Skins applied to them.
  10. It's a whelen Ultra Freedom, which he basically created by fusing two Liberty lightbars. There's a few mods out there that use this lightbar. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMOcVoChBZE The car in my signature also has an Ultra Freedom.
  11. The reason they've never added children, is because nobody considers it ethical to have a game where you can go around shooting children. And I think many modders would have a problem with that too.
  12. Yeah, that's not a problem with Braveheart's script, but with Sniper296's IVDashCam. Moving thread to GTA IV support.
  13. Why your argument is invalid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByglxFeQBOY
  14. MODERATOR NOTICE Cleared the thread of trolls, trolling and people who are feeding it. Do we really have to start blasting out warnings for this kind of crap? He clearly want's to know if there's a Dodge Durango in GTA IV (hence this thread is in the GTA IV subforum) - There's absolutely no reason to meet a member with this kind of disrespect and ignorance!
  15. It's not the processor. It's a problem with the vram, GTA IV runs out of it when you call noose backup. So in that case you'll either have to lower your gfx settings, uninstall some mods with big textures or get a better graphics card (more vram).
  16. Another "great" simulator from Germany! Hussaa!!
  17. Seems like a pretty fucking stupid idea, if you ask me.
  18. ... then you dont have a good enough graphics card
  19. CanYouRunIt? Seriously. But just taking a quick look at those specs, what worries me is that it's a prebuilt by Dell and that the graphic card seems pretty shitty.
  20. Those cars most probably use ELS. Download it (google) and install it.
  21. You press Left ALT+P, then stars will appear on your map. Go to one of them to enter a police station, in there view the introduction.
  22. Really depends on the car and its lightsetup.
