  1. Bitte keine Clanwerbung, vor allem nicht auf externe Websites. Danke. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by LCPDFR.com staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  2. Less polygons = less strain put on your computer. Easy as that. And since GTA IV is really badly ported, low poly models will also keep GTA IV more stable.
  3. Glad I could help you.
  4. What's your budget? Do you need anything else like a Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, or just the PC itself? Are you interested in overclocking? Can you build your PC yourself?
  5. Try starting a new game. If that doesn't help, re-install the game, because you most likely fucked up somewhere.
  6. Open the zip/rar archive of the Game4Video ENB, copy the folders "common" and "pc" it provides. Navigate to your EFLC installation. Now paste the those two folders you copied into the folder "TBoGT" should fix your problem.
  7. If you have the disk version, you can use the files you got from that. Buy GTA IV on Steam. Start the download and let it download for 10 minutes. Exit Steam (don't leave it open in tray or something). You install GTA IV from the disk (it's important you get a new, unmodded installation). You navigate to the folder you installed GTA IV in (for example Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV) You select and copy all the contents from the folder. Then you navigate to SteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIV (if the directories Grand Theft Auto IV and GTAIV don't exist, create them) You paste the files and folders you copied earlier into the GTAIV folder I mentioned in the step above. Now you start steam and tell it to resume the download (if it didn't by its own already). It will realize, that it has most of the files it needs and the download will jump to something like 95%. It will basically just download the Patch 7 and Steam's executable and then it's done. After that you can uninstall your Disk installation. And voila! That's how you save alot of bandwidth ;)
  8. you need to drag the folders "common" and "pc" that come with your ENB also into the folders TLAD and TBoGT.
  9. http://www.rockstargames.com/downloads#/?collection=9 Click on "Patches" and download 1.0.7.0 for GTA IV.
  10. Yes, you can mod it. To find out which version it is, go to the root directory, right-click GTAIV.exe and click Properties and then Details. It should say which version it is.
  11. Looks like point and click, which will become endlessly tedious for stuff like policing.
  12. Yes as sKuare said, it's the way GTA behaves with the textures it's given.
  13. Press CTRL+J, it should give you a list of all your downloads.
  14. For now, it seems likely though that it will be ported to the next gen systems, namely Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Although nothing is confirmed at this point.
  15. The R*GSC Server has been down the whole day. It's not only you. And when you play offline you do have your saves.
  16. I was thinking a beaver, which would be funny, because... uhm, well... it's Rockstar and we all know their sense of humor.
  17. I'm starting to wonder, what's that inside the sheriff's star?
  18. Thanks for the heads-up.
  19. Try reinstalling your mods
  20. I'm happier with merch being offered, than with the game being bombarded with DLCs and microtransactions. Don't be so negative.
  21. Just remember to copy the timecyc and visualsettings.dat into the TBoGT/TLAD folder aswell and any ENB will work.
  22. Complete Edition is totally worth it. TBoGT has a great story.
  23. Sounds like a texture/model problem, not an ELS problem. Did you edit the model/textures?
