  1. Can we all calm down a bit?I'm sure this is all a misunderstanding.
  2. Did you put in a CPU with the correct socket?
  3. Kannst du machen, ist aber nicht erforderlich.
  4. einfach Firstresponse.net.dll löschen, die befindet sich im Ordner scripts
  5. No. Changing the animation inside the vehicles.ide does not influence the spawn behavior of the police cars.
  6. Well usually this doesnt happen with replacing cars, however maybe you fucked up somewhere, as I said.
  7. I don't really understand what you're trying to ask, mind rephrasing that?
  8. Draw a path with the pen tool and snap a textlayer onto it. If that's too complicated there's also a curved text tool, you can access it by going to the Text editor.
  9. das würde ich dir auch empfehlen. Ansonsten bitte LCPDFR NICHT vor dem abschließen der ersten Mission starten!
  10. To be honest, that does look quite funny. Do they also explode when you shoot them? Now more serious: You probably fucked up some .img file while replacing models. Before you go on the long journey of finding the problem, I'd recommend you re-install the game. Then when that's done make a complete backup of the game, and put in the mods one by one, paying close attention to the readmes, so this doesn't happen again. That's the easier solution. I'm pretty sure it will be hard to find where your problem lies. I remember someone used to have a similar bug, where the subways wouldn't load, instead the cablecars loaded, that person never found the error and ultimately fixed it by reinstalling the game. Good luck!
  11. That's the silliest thing I've ever heard.
  12. This might help you http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=478727
  13. The problem is, both LCPDFR 0.95 and ELS 7 have dependencies withing 1.0.7.0 - So there isn't actually a way to run them on 1.0.4.0
  14. Please don't hijack threads, create a new one in LCPDFR Support.
  15. Best way to throw money out of the window. Assembling computers isn't that hard. Can you give us all the specs of your computer please?
  16. MODERATOR NOTICE Moved to Gameplay Modifications It's all the in manual.
  17. Do you have any other mods installed? For example the Simple Native Trainer?
  18. You can't. I can't believe there's people still using 1.0.4.0
  19. Sounds to me like you replaced the polpatriot, pstockade or nstockade with a regular cruiser. Those three models use a different sitting animation, which is why your character is now stretching his legs through the bottom of the car. The fix is quite simple, go to .../common/data/vehicles.ide, make a backup of the original file, open vehicles.ide in a text editor, look for the line of the car you replaced (e.g. "polpatriot,") and replace "VEH@TRUCK, VEH@TRUCK_LO1_LO1" with "VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI1,. Save and load the game. That should fix it. Oh yeah, here's a bit more info on the topic of editing the vehicles.ide, in case it interests you: http://www.gta-modding.com/iv/tutorials/vehicles_ide.html

Funktioniert genau so wie ein ganz normales GTA IV MP Spiel. Einfach mit ein paar Leuten verabreden, eine Lobby öffnen und voila :P
  21. Try logging out of Games For Windows Live and then deleting your savegames.
  22. Actually, the savegames are stored in %Appdata% -> /Local/RockstarGames/GTAIV/savegames
  23. Pro Tip: You can change all the lights on a car just with textures http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/texturing-tips-and-tutorials/how-to-change-els-lightbar-colors-r20
  24. You need to delete the registry entries for EFLC.
  25. Oh, now it all makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up.
