I mean, you should've had a "mods" folder, which is like a protective shell. All your game file changes and car additions should go here. (Example: mods-->x64) Vanilla means your actual game files. (Instead of going through a mods folder first, you go directly to x64) If you didn't use a mods folder, your only option is to verify integrity of game cache to get vanilla sirens. Or just download a different one.

Just delete them in OpenIV, or export the sirens to your desktop, delete the ones you don't want, and import it again. To get the default ones back, just grab them from the vanilla update folder.

Do me a favor and double check your ELS INI. Make sure ELSTrafCTRL is set to false. I'm not seeing anything in your plugins list that would be c asue for it.

Did you change the settings in STP under "PrisonerTransport"? Under the same category, make sure "ForceVehicleMetaPed" is set to no.

What was the fix?

Are you using ELS? or did you recently install it?

Try a different siren pack. The one you're using might be too big, hence the muting of sounds. However, in my experience, everything gets muted when this is the case.

There's no help that can be provided. Many others are reporting this bug in the EUP L&O comments, it's a bug with EUP and nothing we can do except revert versions or wait to see if there is a hotfix for it.

When you say "random", I assume you mean during gameplay it randomly crashes? If yes, your log says "access violation". These are some of the hardest and most frustrating crashes because from my understanding, and I could be wrong, it is your PC forcefully closing the game. I've experienced this a lot, and still do. I suspect this crash has something to do with PC memory or game memory. My crashes happen specifically when either A) There is a lot going on / too much is going on at once. I've been in pursuits and trying to lay down spikes, or trying to call in back up, or whatever else . B) I'm in the city where a lot is being loaded at once. It's really hard to say what the exact cause is. If the crashes are frequent enough, you could remove some plugins and scripts to see if those are causing it.

That would really defeat the purpose of a forum. This has been said before, but there is a private LSPDFR Discord that may someday be public. However, I want to address the whole on site 'live chat'. In a perfect world where people read and follow rules, this would be an amazing idea. The reasons I don't ever see it happening comes down to A) In my experiences, chat boxes, shoutboxes, whatever you want to call them generally end up stealing all the site's content. Even if you have rules for this chat section that aim to prevent people asking for support, those rules will be ignored. B) Moderators have enough to deal with on the forum. The very last thing any of them want is to have to moderate the forum AND babysit a chatroom that - given this community's activity - will 100% be active most, if not all of the time. It'd be a nightmare. As it is, if that Discord server ever does go public, it's going to be just as bad and hard on the moderators. C) Even if you have rules, people don't read. They will say whatever they want in the chat which will dive into reason B - more work for moderators.
