Damn, these textures are very sleek.It ultimately comes down to what you want. Modding wise, LCPDFR is dead. If you look at the GTA IV modding section, there's only 2-3 mods that were recently released. If you're fine with not having any new mods come out, go for it. Also bear in mind, LCPDFR support is also dead. People still post support topics, but very rarely even get an answer. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. At around 13:13 deputies were called to a residence for unknown trouble. Upon arrival they discovered a hostage situation - a man holding a woman at gun point. Deputies tried to talk with and calm the man for over an hour before the suspect began raising his weapon towards the female. It was then Deputy Rourke opened fire, killing the man.

You're the first person I've encountered who is unable to drag and drop files. If you have the time, download one of the most recently uploaded vehicles to this site and try installing. I just want to see if it's only those files of OpenIV entirely. An alternative is going into edit mode, and copy the files you want to add. Then right click-->paste in OpenIV.You can use patchday 8 or 10. I just checked and patchday10, at least for me, has a weapons.rpf. If not, patchday 8 will work just fine. To explain it a little, while patchday8 isn't the latest patchday, it's the last patchday with a weapons.rpf, meaning that all weapons put inside it will override the vanilla weapons. It works the same for vehicles. Patchday3 won't work because patchday17 overrides it. :)Yes, LSPDFR is being updated and worked on, but there's no ETA on when it'll be finished.
