How to get default uniforms?
That means you installed the British ones in your vanilla files, and not the mods folder. You can try looking in x64e, and previous patchdays for the vanilla files, but if you can't find them, your only option is verifying integrity of game cache.

How to get default uniforms?
Moderator notice: I've split your post, as you posted in an inactive/old thread. Always create a new topic for separate issues. Assuming you used a mods folder, you can just grab the vanilla ped files from the vanilla update.rpf.

Vehicles with pushbar options: how do I make them stay?
You're welcome.

Vehicles with pushbar options: how do I make them stay?
No, you need to go in game and use your trainer to find out which extra is the push bar. In your trainer-->vehicle options-->vehicle components. Now search through until you find it.

Vehicles with pushbar options: how do I make them stay?
You already have one. Open OpenIV, go to mods-->update-->update-->common-->data-->levels-->gta 5. Extract vehicles.meta to your desktop. Now find the meta line for the car you want, such as police2. In this line, you will find <requiredExtras /> Change that to this: <requiredExtras>EXTRA_1</requiredExtras> Change EXTRA_1 to whatever extra the push bar is, for example lets say extra 10 is the pushbar. EXTRA_10 Do this for all the models you want to spawn with the pushbar, then save the edited vehicles.meta. Now click "edit mode" in OpenIV and drag and drop the edited vehicles.meta on your desktop to the exact same place you got it from. Click "edit mode" again and you're done.

RPH Fatal Error with Spam .DLL Crashing?
Not to be rude, but you obviously have not looked hard enough on this forum. Myself and others have replied to MANY topics of users having this same issue. In fact, see my reply here, that should fix it. As you did bump a year old topic, which is against our guidelines, I'm going to close this thread. If my resolve doesn't fix your issue, feel free to create your own topic. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.

How to get RAGE Plugin downgraded version
They aren't available on the Rage site because the Rage developers do not offer any support for outdated versions. Redistributing old versions of Rage is against the RPH's terms of use, so your only option would be to upgrade GTA or try and recover your old Rage. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.

vehicle packs request
I'll be honest with you, your request is a bit much. You want someone to make a full replacement pack, including real fire vehicles. Setting aside there are zero free real firetrucks out there, most of what you're wanting has already been made. Candice made a mobile command truck, and 0taku has one that is soon to be released. I'm also a bit confused about the lights you want. You want red/blue, blue/blue, blue/red, red/yellow, white/green, and purple? You are asking for a lot, a lot of work, and frankly, I don't think anyone would want to do this. As I said, a lot of what you're wanting has been made. There's a few fire Tahoes out there, and there is a non-ELS brush truck last I checked. I strongly encourage you to search for the models you're wanting and see if they have been uploaded here or GTA 5 mods. If you want something specific, such as a pack based off a city, please edit your post accordingly, but do understand that you're asking a heavy load of one person to do when there are already plenty of what you're wanting.

BCSO Mini Pack [ELS]
The vehicles are gorgeous, and almost all the lights are flawless. My biggest gripe with this pack is how the blue tail lights and the dash lights are a lighter shade of blue than all the other lights. That doesn't make any sense to me.

simple trainer
Open the bodyguard task menu in your trainer, and set their task to "look at player", and set it for all bodyguards. This might fix it, might not. The bodyguard AI is kinda broken. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

Youtube will no longer allow monetization if you have less than 1k subs
Youtube is a job, though. People make money off of uploading videos. Is it your traditional job with the same set up and hiring process? Not at all, and I understand this is a different scenario, but still. Expecting people to work for free until x amount of subs and views, all to make a tiny bit of money? I can see more people saying "fuck that" and just quitting, or not even starting. Do we really want to discourage the smaller guys? I know someone will make the argument, so let me be clear: Most people start off doing this for fun with the plan of making money eventually. For most, Youtube is their full time career, for others it's a side hobby where they can make a few bucks off one video. Why is that a bad thing? There are better ways to fix the system and prevent one video from getting someone partnered when they'll never upload again. That is an easy thing to try and solve. Shitting on all the smaller and up and coming ones just because Youtube is far too big to monitor everything themselves? Seems like a cop out.
