  1. Unfortunately, the specific template we use is kept between staff only. I'm sure there are plenty of templates online if you Google them.
  2. Just open up the editing software you use and start working on designs from scratch. The image itself is just of my LSPDFR character, the moderator text and other stuff was just added over it. It's really up to you on how you'd like your staff images to be made. Personally, I'd just go into your editing software and start playing around with designs until you find one you like.
  3. I'm a tad bit confused, do you mean how you make/edit images, or who came up with the design? If you mean the former, you'd use a program like GIMP, PhotoShop, etc.
  4. I mean, in OpenIV go to tools-->asi manager. Make sure all three are installed.
  5. Are you using a mods folder? Is ASIloader enabled in OpenIV?
  6. I'd double check your vehicles.meta again and verify you actually changed the diffusetint value. It's always either the tint or the dirt. In some cases it could be the model itself having poor lights.
  7. It might be dirt. Use your trainer to clean the vehicle.

LSPDFR is a single player modification only, what you're probably referring to is FiveM roleplay, which is completely different. We don't allow any group/clan ads, so I'm going to go ahead and close this topic. You're welcome to add it to your signature or profile about me that you're interested. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  12. Use the very newest patchday, whichever that is.
  13. If you're reinstalling the game each time, you're not using a mods folder, are you? The mods folder is like a bubble. Nothing on the outside is affected, only things within. What that means is, you can replace vehicles, game files, etc in the mods folder, and your vanilla GTA files are the same. So if something breaks in the mods folder and you're getting game memory errors, or corrupted game, you can delete the mods folder and just remake it. You don't need to reinstall GTA. http://openiv.com/?p=1132 The above explains how to make the mods folder.
  14. There's nothing wrong with his instructions. Granted, he didn't say "In OpenIV", but that's only because by now, we'd expect everyone to be aware they need to use OpenIV. His instructions literally could not get any clearer than that.

  20. There's currently a live stream of the vigil for Deputy Parrish for those who'd like - Seeing the picture of him and his two kids is a real teal jerker. I feel so bad for them.
  21. The best place to ask would be his Twitter or Discord. Albo only posts here to advertise for his YT, otherwise he's pretty much gone from the forum.
  22. 29, a wife, and two kids. He died long before he should've, long before his kids should have to go through losing a parent. It was definitely an ambush. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/12/31/gunman-in-deadly-colorado-deputy-shooting-identified-as-iraq-war-vet-with-grudge-against-sheriff.html
