Hi, Based on your PC specs, I do not recommend you set anything to "Very high." Especially when you are running LSPDFR along with vehicle mods, it requires a lot of memory. I would turn everything besides Post FX to high or medium. Post FX set to very high will give you a brighter ELS lighting effect. I have i9 with RTX 2060 on 4k resolution, I still set my graphic to high instead of very high. Reduce your graphic settings is one of the solution here. And also, make sure you do not have any out-dated plugins, as they might cause lags with newest LSPDFR. And also decrease or turn off the "Anisotropic Filtering."

Can you possibly state your issues in detail? As clear as possible. By the way to turn on lights with ELS you have to press "J" on keyboard.

Hi, The vehicles you installed are these ELS vehicles? And do you have ELS installed? If they are ELS vehicles then ELS is required, in order for the lights and siren to work properly.

Hi, ELS is using the old dependencies, such as scripthook, etc; and they are not compatible with GTA IV complete edition. Therefore it will not work with GTA IV complete edition. Unless the dependencies of the ELS are updated.

Open RPH.ini, check the key binding for open console key, and set that to F4. Also regarding that not respawning issue, were you able to respawn in regular GTA V? Do you have any other mods/plugins installed other than LSPDFR?

Hi Greg, The firetruck and ambulance sirens are different than police sirens. But if you installed a siren mod that have the same siren sound, then it might replaced all the emergency vehicles to that same siren. If you don't know which file is firetruck and ambulance siren, you can download this first, to replace police, EMS, and firetruck sirens; then install your favorite police siren afterwards, make sure it's police siren only, for example.

Hi, You can try to install ENB which could enhance the lighting effects. Both flashlights using different lighting source textures. StopThePed's flashlight is more like the vanilla GTA V flashlight texture. However there's no way to change the brightness, but you could try to replace that texture with some other realistic textures:

Well in this case, there's nothing to do with the plugins. Rename your "GTAV - copy" to the original name - whatever it was. And right click on RPH.exe run as administrator. Game running in story mode means it does not recognize your LSPDFR copy, instead it runs the default GTA V copy.

What plugins you have installed? Some plugins could interfere with that and causing crashes, in your case.

If your character got killed, after a short loading screen, you will respawn at nearest hospital. You can still play LSPDFR after respawn.
