To address your issue, ELS is not working for GTA IV complete edition, because the ELS dependencies are not compatible with the complete edition version. There is no way to fix that currently, unless there's an update for the ELS. You can still use some non-ELS emergency vehicles. Downgrading the current path will not fix the issue, instead it will create more problems. Please refer to my previous post to address the ELS issue.

To disable autonomic pursuit, open up your lspdfr folder and find lspdfr.ini Open it with notepad, and add this line to the end then press Left Control+S to save: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Indeed traffic policer does not have roadblocks. However, you can install UltimateBackup here. When you are in pursuit you can press B to open the menu and select road block, or spike strip to disabled suspect vehicle's tires.

Hello, You must have a working microphone in order to use VocalDispatch, and you must pronounce the words clearly as well. And also, not everything you say can be recognized by VocalDispatch, you have to say the pre-programmed phases in order for it to work.

Hello, First, you are not on duty. You have to go to the nearest police/sheriff station to go on duty. That's why you're not receiving any calls. Second, you have to go on duty manually, by loading LSPDFR and other plugins does not automatically puts you on duty.

I don't think you can go back to the old path, especially on Steam as it blocks the old path and prevent you from running it. That's why you got that error at the very beginning of this post.

You will have to make another fresh copy of Grand Theft Auto V. And rename your LSPDFR copy to "Grand Theft Auto V - LSPDFR"

Hello, That feature can be disabled by editing your lspdfr.ini file, which is located in lspdfr folder. Find this line "Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter" and set it to true.

Hello, It has something to do with the vehicle handling file. Did you replace the handling file for that vehicle? If not use the handling file that comes along with the vehicle mod. It has nothing to do with LSPDFR.

Hello, Could you specify what plugins you have downloaded? Try to remove the plugin you just downloaded and restart the game.

Hello, How often you will receive a callout is depends on the value in Callouts.Multiplier. The default value is 250. Go to your lspdfr folder, open lspdfr.ini, find "Callouts.Multiplier" Decrease the number to decrease the chance of callouts coming in, such as 150 or 100; increase the number to increase the chance of callouts coming in,such as 350 or 450.

As for Extend Camera Settings, you will have to set up your own setting by yourself. You must do that in game camera settings, such as changing X, Y,Z values, etc. I cannot provide a setting for you.

Replace both Park Ranger vehicle and vehicle.meta with the original files. Since that's the last change you've made and causing the game to crash.

Therefore you can either try another EUP compatible vest or, remove the previous vest and install a new one in that same slot.

Even though it's the same model, but the slot you installed for that vest will not allow you to change textures during uniform selection menu.
