Go to your lspdfr folder, open lspdfr.ini, find "Callouts.Multiplier" Decrease the number to decrease the chance of callouts coming in, such as 150 or 100; increase the number to increase the chance of callouts coming in,such as 350 or 450.

When you are using the "forceduty" command, it will replace your character's plain cloth model with the cop uniform model. I believe that's why it will glitch you outside of the map while you are sitting down.

If you do not want a certain texture, use OpenIV and find that vehicle model; go to the texture file which is the .ytd file. Enable edit mode, open the .ytd file and look for vehicle signs.
