FOV mod is outdated. And it is causing issues for LSPDFR. My game is crashing with FOV too... But instead, I recommend use Extend Camera Settings as it has the similar function of FOV; but you have to manually edit the camera position to your personal preference. It includes third person view and first person view. You will have to edit the settings in game settings - camera - as this is a new menu that is added by this mod.

Hi, Those things you are talking about are clothing objects, such as rank tags; they spawn on peds randomly. If you want a specific clothing object on your uniform, you can do that in police locker - when you are going on duty and selecting your uniform. After you picked your uniform, go to advanced - then go down the slots to see which objects you want to add on your uniform. Unfortunately you cannot edit the objects on AI officer's uniform.

Hi, There're few things you might want to check. Make sure you have all the requirements for LSPDFR and make sure they're up to date. Make sure you install LSPDFR 0.4.7 first then install the newest RPH, and lastly install the updated ScriptHookV. As long as you installed these correctly it should load atomically.

Hi, Can you try to update your .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2.? Then try again. It could be one of the Microsoft softwares is outdated, which is required for LSPDFR.

It depends on the callouts priority that is set by the developer. I recommend to use force a callout plugin for randomization.

In my opinion that plugin is slightly bugged. You can't really do anything but wait for the next update from the author. So I would just remove it and wait until the next update is released.

If it wasn't automatic siren cutoff, list all the plugins you have installed when you're replying to this post. But I'm positively sure it's automatic siren cutoff, since it only appears when you're exiting your vehicle.

If you don't have any script mods installed in your "Script" folder, then it will be one of your plugins. Remove automatic siren cutoff and check the results.

You can refer to the ELS document in the ELS zip folder for controller controls. It tells you what key does what, you may also edit it in the .ini file.

Hi, That might be a plugin or script you installed. Remove some plugins you think might causing that then run the game again, that way you can figure out which one is causing this.

Your character's model is a multiplayer model, and if you see other AI officers has the uniform meaning the uniform you installed is only for single player cops. To fix that the best option is to download EUP uniforms that is designed for multiplayer cop models, you can install this one for British officers.

Make sure you installed the .oiv package correctly. Export the .oiv file to your desktop. Then open OpenIV and click on edit mode, go to "Tool" tab, select install package; then choose the .oiv file you want to install, and click on install to mods folder. It will automatically install the mods for you.

That's the way how ELS control works. Let me explain this for you: ELS simulates the real life siren system for emergency vehicles. So the way how the control works in-game is different than the default siren controls. In order to active your siren, you must turn your lights to stage three, meaning press J three times; then press G or 1 to turn on your siren. And it will stay on unless you turn it off. You can press T or 2 or 3 or 4 to circle through different siren mode, such as Yelp, etc. If you press E it is the air horn, it won't turn on the lights or siren. If you press T it is the manual siren, it won't stay unless you hold it. Most of the police patrol cars in real life have a similar function like that. I hope this make sense.

Make sure your PostFX is set to very high or high in graphic settings.

Hi, Based on your PC specs, I do not recommend you set anything to "Very high." Especially when you are running LSPDFR along with vehicle mods, it requires a lot of memory. I would turn everything besides Post FX to high or medium. Post FX set to very high will give you a brighter ELS lighting effect. I have i9 with RTX 2060 on 4k resolution, I still set my graphic to high instead of very high. Reduce your graphic settings is one of the solution here. And also, make sure you do not have any out-dated plugins, as they might cause lags with newest LSPDFR. And also decrease or turn off the "Anisotropic Filtering."

Can you possibly state your issues in detail? As clear as possible. By the way to turn on lights with ELS you have to press "J" on keyboard.

Hi, The vehicles you installed are these ELS vehicles? And do you have ELS installed? If they are ELS vehicles then ELS is required, in order for the lights and siren to work properly.

Hello, Did you install any ELS vehicles? Do you have ELS installed? If not, the lights will not work as the siren/lights are functioning as the default police vehicle's.

Hi, Downgrading GTA IV would cause issues for LCPDFR at this point. If you have Steam, right click on GTA IV complete edition, go to properties and verify your game file. Once the Steam validating process is complete, install LCPDFR 1.1 along with this: The ELS will not work and it will cause game to crash.

Hi, ELS is using the old dependencies, such as scripthook, etc; and they are not compatible with GTA IV complete edition. Therefore it will not work with GTA IV complete edition. Unless the dependencies of the ELS are updated.

Open RPH.ini, check the key binding for open console key, and set that to F4. Also regarding that not respawning issue, were you able to respawn in regular GTA V? Do you have any other mods/plugins installed other than LSPDFR?
