Can't Launch LCPDFR
Can you upload a RPH log? It can be found in your GTA V game folder, it's a text document. Also, are you launching the game from Steam first then tab out and launch RPH.exe? If you can elaborate more on how did that error occur, it would be very helpful.

Replace Multiplayer Character's Head
Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to replace the LSPDFR character's head with another MP character's head model. I couldn't find any file that is related to MP head model in OpenIV, most of them are upper, lower, hands, etc. If anyone know where is the MP character's head located that would be great! Thanks.

Texture loss
That is very ood, I can run LSPDFR in 4K without any issues. Can you play GTA 5 SP or MP without texture lost? I forgot to ask you this: Do you have a custom game config? If not install this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars and HeapAdjuster.

Texture loss
Have you tried to remove all your police car mods and civilian car mods(if any)? If the car models you installed are taking way too much game memory, then that will be the cause for texture disappearing.

Anyway to disable voices
I don't think you can. But you can change your character's voice by using simple trainer. You can select park ranger's voice as it doesn't have the arrest dialogue.

Rage works, but open the Rockstar Games Launcher
Where did you get your GTA V from? Did you purchased it from Steam?

Optimization
This one is the best: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Limit the amount of the plugins you've installed is the key to fix lags while running LSPDFR. Only use the plugins that are well optimized, get rid of any unnecessary or poorly coded plugins.
-
Optimization
LSPDFR requires a lot of game memory when running, especially with other optional plugins - keep that in mind. You can try to lower your graphic settings, limit the amount of plugins you've installed, and install a decent gameconfig may get you 50-60 FPS.

Dispatch does not speak. Grammar police is not working.
I suggest you to take a look at the "Grammar Police" comment section under the download page. There's a pined comment that is directly addressing your issue. I had similar issues before, I asked the author about it and we were able to get it fixed. But I can't remember what it was...

Can't spawn Add-On cars and textures not loading
The add-on vehicle you're trying to spawn is taking way too much game memory, meaning the vehicle files are way too large, and your game cannot handle it. To fix this, you need to remove that add-on vehicle and find a alternative one, with a smaller file size.

FBI2 wheels glitching?
When you're installing these cars, did you install them in the proper way? Try to uninstall these cars and reinstall them. If problem still persist then it might be the vehicles itself is causing issues.
-
Handling/Meta problem
It's the custom handling for your add-on vehicle. It is the way how it meant to be "drived."

Dispatch does not speak. Grammar police is not working.
First, why do you have grammar police and vocal dispatch installed... you should not install both as they will conflict with each other. Second, make sure your microphone is enabled and setup properly.

Can't request transportation unit.
No RPH log is needed. If you are requesting transport unit via the default LSPDFR backup menu, you have to kneel the suspect on the ground first, then you can request transport.

LSPDFR deletes 2 game files
I ran into this error a long time ago, but it wasn't typically LSPDFR's fault. This occurs probably because you did not update your game properly or some of the files are missing before you installed LSPDFR. If you have GTA V on Steam, I would suggest you to reinstall your GTA V first, then make a backup copy - rename it to "GTA V Backup or Original." Then install LSPDFR into the second copy of GTA V, and this should be fixed. Keep that backup copy with you all the time, in case if anything happened you don't have to reinstall the entire game again.

Issue
We need more details than that. Did you launch the game through RPH? If so press F4 on your keyboard, and type "loadplugin LSPDFR."
-
Keyboard
You can edit the key binds in lspdfr.ini setting.

S&R 1.4 Visual Issues
Try to install the Serve and Rescue manually with OpenIV. And remove your other EUP uniforms as they might be conflicting with the basic configuration. By the way, this is more like a EUP clothing/texture issue.

LSPFR 0.4 Support
As far as I can see, in your case the main issue is improper mods installing. Such as replacing original files without making backups, and hoping they will be compatible with the game. I don't want to jinx myself but I never had an issue with my main LSPDFR game copy, and after all these updates I never had to reinstall the entire game. (knock on woods) Right now the best you can do is to reinstall GTA V, get a clean copy and install mods one by one.

AmbientAICallouts
After running this plugin several times with LSPDFR, I have to say I'm falling in love with this. But there are still rooms for improvements, and this is not perfect yet. The main "issue" I noticed is the performance. FPS drop and map texture glitching out after running this plugin for 10-20 minutes, along with other plugins, on a high-end gaming PC. Mainly because AI officers are driving around frequently and spawning mini-scenarios. This is really taking too much game memory. I think it would be great if the author can focus on improving the overall performance of this plugin in the feature updates .

Installing Vehicles
This is the EUP configuration you need:
-
Can't get in to locker room menu
Make sure you have installed LSPDFR correctly and it is running as you launch your game through RPH.
-
LSPFR 0.4 Support
Yes, if you made a mistake when you are editing the xml file it will cause issues. Even if you mistyped a period.

Game doesn't launch
What error are you getting from RPH? Did you change anything recently, or is it a fresh install? I had a similar problem after installing two brand new RAMs.
