Does your game exited to the desktop without errors (sudden game crash at certain locations)? Do you have a custom gameconfig installed?

That means some of your plugins are causing the black screen issue. Rename the folder back to "LSPDFR" and try to remove the plugins one by one, figure out which one is causing that.

First, make sure you have "Heapadjuster," "Parkfile Limit Adjuster," and a custom gameconfig installed. Second, make sure your Rage NativeUI is up to date, when installing plugins, do not replace the included NativeUI if you already have one.

This is funny indeed....I actually laughed about 3 minutes before replying. This might be a glitch of random spawn. Here's my recommendation, instead of spawning randomly around the map upon launching LSPDFR, press "M," disable random spawn and change your spawn location to your apartment.

The answer to that is no, you must have both plugins installed in order for one of them to work properly. Regarding your vehicle flag issue, you should try increase your population density.

Well it looks like a random game crash. I had those crashes before and it turned out to be an issue with the Gameconfig. So, I have a few questions for you: Did your game suddenly exits to desktop without errors after playing for a certain amount of time? Did you recently updated your gameconfig? If you're using "Heapadjuster" and "Parkfile Limit Adjuster," inappropriate change of the values can also cause this. Make sure you know your game's limits. As for the native backup crash, did you modify your "Agency" or "Backup" XML? The cause of this crash usually happens when the game couldn't assign an agency to respond to a particular location. Certain mods such as "Jurisdiction +" which replaces lspdfr data files could cause this issue. Also you can hold "Enter" key on your keyboard to dismiss all backups in "Ultimate Backup."

Can you provide more information on what happened exactly? For example, what changes did you made to your game? And what do you think could be the cause of crash? Also, the "log" you attached is a crash report. If you could attach your RPH log instead that would be great.

Did your game crash? Were you able to go on duty and play LSPDFR? You can ignore the compatibility warnings as long as your game is playable and stable.

I use "Traffic Policer" along with "STP" and other plugins for a long time. I think the percentages of detecting vehicle flags are equally balanced. If you wish to keep "Traffic Policer," increasing the amount of vehicles that are spawning in traffic could be a solution. You can try to increase your population density, or install a custom gameconfig with modified traffic densities.

Which Gameconfig are you using? As far as I know, the gameconfig by "F7YO" is causing sudden crashes. Try to switch to another compatible gameconfig if you have that one.

Have you tried to install LSPDFR and RPH manually? You can download the manual installation files right below the install.exe, you will get a zip folder. Drop all the files in that folder into your GTA V directory. Next you have to download the latest version of Rage Plugin Hook. Drop all the files into your GTA V directory and overwrite them. Finally you should right click on the RPH.exe and run as administrator.

This isn't technically a "glitch." The game has a "quick holster/unholster weapon" function: other than open the weapon wheel with slow motion, you can tab the weapon wheel key to withdraw your last selected weapon. Are you using a controller? Try to modify your keybinds.

The latest update fixed a loading screen issue for GTA Online. This has nothing to do with the behaviors of the NPCs. Did you check your callout plugins? Some callouts generates ambient events around the map. Does this happen when you are off-duty?

Can you elaborate more on that? Are you referring to the blue marker inside the locker room at central station? And where do you want to move it? Are you using other mods such as "Open Interior" ?

Apparently you installed at least two plugins incorrectly: Spotlight and BetterEMS, some of the files should not be in the LSPDFR folder. Other than that, as long as you can go on duty by either "ForceDuty" or go to a nearest police station, plugins should be loaded.

What exactly do you need help with? Can you at least state what's the issue with your game, and what happened. The "information" you provided is less than enough.

Try to launch GTA V first, and when you are at the credit screen, before it loads to the main menu, tab out and launch RPH. Then RPH should show you "Hooking game instantly."

I use "Traffic Policer" pursuit menu to avoid the chaotic pursuit scenes. I set it to "Safe" mode so everytime when I'm in pursuit, the AIs will line up and follow the target realistically. I know it's an outdated plugin, but I have no issues with running it. This might be something you could consider.
