  1. Make sure Steam is installed on your PC, and make sure it is installed on the same hard drive as your GTA V copy.
  2. Install a custom gameconfig is critical if you are playing GTA V with mods, especially like LSPDFR. A customized gameconfig allows the game to elaborate more memories and therefore reserve extra space for the modifications; and ensuring the game will run with the mods together without issues. Texture loss often caused by the lack of game memory.
  3. According to the screenshot above, it might have something to do with your system sepc. But nonetheless, make sure you have a custom gameconfig, heapadjuster, and parkfile limit adjuster installed.(click on the text to access the download page)
  4. It sounds like GTA V has been wiped from your hard drive, which means you do not have it installed anymore. Steam does not "store" any hard copies of the games, it is a host where you can download the purchased games from; so Steam cannot "disconnect" with your hard drive because they are never "connected." When you're installing a game, you're downloading it from Steam to your hard drive. Install GTA V to "fix" this "issue." To prevent it from happening again, make sure you know where is your game installed, and don't "accidentally" delete the game folder. If it's a hard driver issue, consider upgrade it to a better/reliable one.
  5. Go to Control Panel, uninstall what you've installed, and reinstall it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999 Make sure to download the correct package, x32, x64, or x86.
  6. <!--decl--> <Component id="10" drawable="0" texture="0" /> The component you need to change is "decl" which is the rank path on the uniform. I'm still using EUP 8.1, so it is ID 10 for me; I'd assume it is the same ID according to the trainer.
  7. Make sure the vehicle you've installed is ELS compatible with the correct ELS xmls. That happens with non-els vehicles or vehicles without emergency lights.
  8. Please allow me to laugh for a moment 😂😂 If you haven't changed anything, when you're loading the plugins, why that police vehicle was there already? Can you provide more details on how to produce this "bug" consistently?
  9. Unfortunately some EUP clothing items are bugged. You can use trainer and check if that particular clothing item has additional textures, they usually do.
  10. It's a vehicle lod issue, you can fix it by increasing the lod distance. Use OpenIV, go to "mods - update - update - common - data - levels - gta 5 - vehicles.meta, and right click open in edit mode. Search for the vehicle you've replaced, then find vehicle lod values, and replace them with these values below: 350.000000 500.000000 600.000000 700.000000 800.000000 1000.000000 Reference guide: https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/14452/fixing-cars-with-no-lods-fix-for-disappearing-cars-when-distant
  11. You should have xml files in the "custom" folder. Open "outfit_lspd_eup" with notepad.
  12. ^ If none of the above suggestions are working for you, just copy the default GTA V police vehicle flags and overwrite this vehicle's flags.
  13. If you are using EUP, go to lspdfr - data - custom - outfits_lspd_eup Find this line and set it to zero: <!--decl--> <Component id="10" drawable="0" texture="0" /> Repeat this step for all the other uniforms if necessary.
  14. Is it possible for you to provide a detailed explanation of what happened, and how did your game crash?
  15. If you were using EUP, then simply remove the EUP folder in your "mods" folder. If you've replaced the default GTA V single player cop models, then replace them with the original ones.
  16. Please take a look at the error message in your screenshot, it says: 1. You're missing RPH dependencies which it cannot function without them. 2. You might want to reinstall windows DirectX and its "associated framework."
  17. I don't see anything out of the ordinary from the screenshot you provided above. But regardless if your character's body is clipping with the clothing objects, use simple trainer or skin control to find a matching outfit that will fit well with your character's body shape.
  18. You are pushing the game to its limit. Regardless in any given situation, calling 20-25 backup units is not ideal, and you may expecting a crash any time soon.
  19. As far as I know the only way to get rid of the subway trains is to play online with no other players via Windows Live or LAN connection.
  20. Did you try to locate where is your GTA IV LCPDFR copy on your PC?
  21. "lower the dispatch volume in game?" No you can't. You can lower your system/headphone volume.
  22. If you installed a weapon sound mod that the total file size has exceeded the limit set by Rockstar, then you will not hear any gun sounds at all.
  23. In order for the game to identify that as a police vehicle, you have to edit the vehicle.meta. Add the following lines to "FLAGS" section: FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE
