  1. First, what gameconfig you are using? Second, did you edit any xml files, such as special units in Ultimate Backup?
  2. If you downloaded another car pack, it will replace your current vehicles. Unless you rename them to other police cars, such as FBI, etc. Also could you clarify is this GTA IV?
  3. There are many mods for that on GTA 5 Mods. For realistic car deformation: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/better-deformation-more-durable-cars If you have a customized handling data then I wouldn't recommend this. This is the recoil mod I use, it's a script mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/weapon-recoil
  4. You might want to replace the relationship data file with the original one. You probably modified it or replaced it.

    I don't think you can.
  6. You have to double tap E to stop a ped on foot.
  7. For EUP, you need to install a EUP configuration file. Depends on what vehicles you are installing, author will usually tell you where to install the vehicles in the readme file.
  8. The cruise control you are trying to install is a LUA Plugin, you need this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/lua-plugin-for-script-hook-v
  9. You have to hold the suspect and walk them to the back door.
  10. You will need a visual mod or a brighter ELS visual mod to archive that. Try this:
  11. Do you have Ultimate Backup installed? If so go to the .ini settings, set the AI respond with no sirens to false.
  12. There were callouts similar to that many years ago. Those callouts are not compatible with the new version of the game.
  13. This is pretty cool. But the bottom is still showing Metro Los Santos.
  14. That might be caused by Stop The Ped or Ultimate Backup. If you have those installed, go to their .ini settings and set "Take over all arrests" to false.
  15. Where did you install your vehicles? Did you update your game?
  16. Press ~ open console. Type Startcallout.
  17. Update your GTA V to the latest version first, make a backup of your "mods" folder. Then download the latest LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook. Check your "mods" folder with OpenIV, reinstall any files if necessary.
  18. That might be an issue with the visual settings. Try to install a brighter ELS lighting mod that replaces your visual setting data.
  19. Which slot did you replace or modify with this clothing item? Make sure to install to a appropriate slot that is meant to be the lower part of your character's body.
  20. Are you using Stop The Ped? Make sure to update Stop The Ped to the latest version, which will fix the LSPDFR arrest bug.
  21. You can use "Traffic Policer" to issue a parking ticket to any parked vehicle. If you suspected a stolen vehicle you can try to pull them over with LSPDFR pull over, then investigate. If they're trying to flee after the pull over, you can hold B to call in pursuit.
  22. You need to install "Traffic Policer" in order for the police smart radio to work. Then proceed with the police smart radio in-game setup.
  23. If you removed it copy this and paste this: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = True Leave the way how the lines are arranged, only change the false to true; otherwise it won't work.
  24. Don't delete anything from that .ini file, it will not do anything. Like I said before in another post of yours - if you have set your ambient world event to zero, and you still have ambient events spawning; check your plugin's .ini such as callouts, and disable any ambient spawns.
  25. Your Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter is set to False, change it to True.
