  1. Stop The Ped has the realistic weapon system, when you pick up a weapon it will count as "evidence" and it will not be added to your inventory. There is a mod called "No more money drop" on GTA 5 Mods, it will prevent ped from dropping money upon getting killed.
  2. Hi, Based on the mods you installed, I would recommend you to organize your mods first. Get rid of the ones that are likely to cause issues. Remove mod loader, Coastal Callout, and Crazy Callout. In addition, you have to make sure your game has enough memory, otherwise it can exit to desktop randomly without leaving an error code in the logs. So download a better gameconfig, as well as install Heap adjuster, and parkfile limit adjuster. You can find these on GTA 5 Mods.
  3. I would recommend 360. If you go above that you will get a call every seconds, which can be very stressful.
  4. ELS

F3 is the simple trainer menu, period. I don't understand why the title is ELS. ELS is a separate asi script. For the trainer menu, you need to use your number pad to select the option you want.
  5. The AI officers will use the ELS lighting as long as the ElsActiveOnAi is set to true. However certain plugins might have a feature to disable AI siren/lights when responding to you, check all your plugin .ini file to make necessary changes. Also add-on police vehicles cannot execute the pull over function.
  6. It's not part of the LSPDFR native feature. The plugin you are referring to is Stop The Ped. And since 0.4.8 is using multiplayer ped models, it will not identify the ped as a police officer. There's no way you can fix this, the ID is just an reference for realism, and this shouldn't be an "issue" regarding gameplay and mods/plugin functionality.
  7. If you don't have map mods, why your map is yellow instead the default color? Do you have your GTA V on Steam or Epic? Try to launch the game without any modifications.
  8. Do you have any map mods installed? If not, most likely your game ran out of memory. Install a good gameconfig, heapadjuster, and park file limitadjuster then test it again. There is a game memory issue after the last update by Rockstar.
  9. Based on the "details" you stated at the beginning - "SUPER LAGGY" Does your PC capable of running GTA V at all? If not there might be issues because LSPDFR requires a lot of memory. Also make sure your GTA V, RPH, ScriptHookV, and LSPDFR and all updated.
  10. Just a clarification that PeterUCallouts is not outdated. If your game runs with mods folder, try the above suggestion, it could be one of the plugins you installed.
  11. Plugins are made by individual developers, it's up to them if they want to include Chinese translation. Like Cyan said there's no translation for LSPDFR as of now, I'm not sure where did you find the Chinese version.
  12. If that's the case, the game might having issue with spawning the vehicle - stainer. If you have a modded stainer, remove that mod and try again. This includes the vehicle.meta and handling.
  13. The reason why that is happening is because of the vehicle model itself. Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to remove that particular vehicle and replace it with another one.
  14. That's the EUP menu which is based on the actual EUP mod. Make sure you have the actual EUP installed via OpenIV.
  15. I use GIMP - Batch process filter to resize my 4K police car textures to 2K. It is free and you can download it on the internet. Spawning a lot of modded police cars can causing texture lost even on a powerful PC.
  16. If the above suggestion did not work. Open your lspdfr.ini with notepad, and edit the following line: Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true
  17. Roadcruiser is belong to North Yankton State Police which should not spawn in traffic, if that happens get rid of your traffic mod. The local SWAT's outfits should match the local department, unless you are calling noose swat.
  18. Check your lspdfr.ini, make sure this is set to false: Networking.DisableServerCommunication = false And start the game, go to pause menu - LSPDFR, then sync.
  19. If that's the case, install a decent gameconfig file to increase your game memory. And most importantly, install heapadjuster and park file limitadjuster, set the desired memory to prevent any "out of memory" crashes. You can look up these on GTA 5 Mods.
  20. Chris is right. Unfortunately you can't translate the entire LSPDFR mod to another language without the proper tools, such as the translation tool for GTA IV LCPDFR.
  21. Have you try create a command "backupswat" in GrammarPolice - grammar - en-US - custom - actions? If there is an option to call SWAT via immersive dispatch, then you could create something like this: <Action> <Name>backupswat</Name> <Commands> <string>request</string> </Commands> <Phrases> <string>1</string> <string>2</string> <string>3</string> </Phrases> <Target>OP_Immersive_Dispatch.Actions.Backup.SWAT</Target> </Action>
  22. ELS is only compatible with those vehicles that are designed to use ELS lightings. OpenIV asi is for installing mods via OpenIV, I don't understand how that can relate to ELS lighting.
  23. Maybe try to uninstall RED if the crash was caused by that mod. Like you stated in the title.
  24. Thanks for updating this, I've been using it for a year now. This does not cause traffic crashes/accidents. Whoever have that issue is definitely caused by something else, maybe customized vehicle handlings.
  25. You will have to edit all the vehicles in the EMSUnits.xml, add livery options like this: "<Vehicle livery=#, and keep everything else behind it>"
