Please take a look at the error message in your screenshot, it says: 1. You're missing RPH dependencies which it cannot function without them. 2. You might want to reinstall windows DirectX and its "associated framework."

I don't see anything out of the ordinary from the screenshot you provided above. But regardless if your character's body is clipping with the clothing objects, use simple trainer or skin control to find a matching outfit that will fit well with your character's body shape.

You are pushing the game to its limit. Regardless in any given situation, calling 20-25 backup units is not ideal, and you may expecting a crash any time soon.

As far as I know the only way to get rid of the subway trains is to play online with no other players via Windows Live or LAN connection.

If you installed a weapon sound mod that the total file size has exceeded the limit set by Rockstar, then you will not hear any gun sounds at all.

In order for the game to identify that as a police vehicle, you have to edit the vehicle.meta. Add the following lines to "FLAGS" section: FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE

^ Undo all the changes you made for vehicles. Coroner is not working because the coroner van cannot be spawned.

It looks like an error produced by GTA V, not LSPDFR or RPH. Read what is said in the message please: "Please visit the Rockstar Support website and stay tuned to Service Status Updates."

Certain characters(cop ped model) does not have a scripted voice line for megaphone. You can use Simple Trainer to change your character's voice to a different cop model who has FULL voice lines.

Also using low quality police car models will decrease the chance of texture lose when calling multiple police cars at once.

The taser holster must be a drawable object, it must have two holsters; one is holsted with taser and the other one is an empty holster. And the duty belt you're using must be compatible with "Cop Holster" that features a working taser holster. Since the "Cop Holster" was mainly created for default GTA V SP police officers' model, certain function will not work with the current MP duty belt models. You can try to get EUP 9.4 which features a working taser holster.

Yes. You have to select a character who has FULL voice lines, certain character does not have the mega phone voice line.

You could try to install a realistic handling mod for all vehicles. But overall you wouldn't get the NFS Hot Pursuit experience with GTA V.

You have to install them as "Add-On" vehicles. Download the Add-On vehicle base folder, and install them on by one into your x64 - dlc.rpf. https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/add-on-replace-base-folder

It's still working. With callout manager, if it's failed to start a call meaning you're too close to that call's spawn location; move further away and try again. It is working. Just a quick suggestion to the author: It would be great if you could add a callout distance checker. With that I won't be receiving Park Ranger callouts while patrolling in Downtown Los Santos; I would receive these calls only when I'm patrolling as a Park Ranger and within that jurisdiction.- 109 comments

You have to replace all the updated files including RPH, with manual installation as mentioned previously in this post.
