Reinstall LSPDFR manually by using the manual installation package, it contains the latest version of RPH and all the required files.

Also change the peds from "<PoliceTransport>" section in Ultimate Backup "DefaultRegions.xml."

Replace "Duty Selection.xml" with the original file.

Because those plugins are outdated. Use them at your own risk.

Try to use the LSPDFR manual installation which contains the latest version of RPH. And make sure to install RageNativeUI: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases Make a backup copy before replacing any files.

Change Pax="1" in "DefaultRegoins.xml."

What you are referring to is the suspect encounter feature. To permanently disable it, go to lspdfr folder, open lspdfr.ini, and find "Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter," change "False" to True."

That means your PC cannot handle the game with all the mods you've installed so far. My best suggestion is to remove any HD texture mods, and vehicles that have 4K liveries. Other than that, consider upgrading your PC if you want a better experience.

Did you try to reinstall LSPDFR with manual installation package? Which contains the updated version of RPH. Also make sure to download RageNativeUI: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

Try to reinstall Windows DirectX, whichever the version is compatible with your PC.

Check your system time make sure it's not set to Halloween; Or it's an April Fool's joke. If you don't like it change the system time.

Make sure all the notifications are turned on in GTA V settings.

You either installed them incorrectly, or you did not go on duty.

If you've paid attention to the loading screen, RPH tells you to press "F4" open the console, and type "Help" to see a list of available commands.

That might have something to do with your monitor resolution. Are you using EUP by Alex?

Perhaps you can try this, add this to vehicle.meta flags: "FLAG_DROP_SUSPENSION_WHEN_STOPPED The vehicle has air suspension. The suspension raises while driving and drops when the vehicle is stopped. The default suspension height in handling MUST be the same as when driving normally, as the flag only drops the suspension. Added in b1290."

Follow the instructions in the vehicle's "ReadMe" text, usually the author would indicate where that vehicle should be installed. Try to replace vehicle.meta with the original one, if you haven't done so.

"So when I disabled the mods, this does something to EUP? How can I fix this?" Yes, it also "uninstalls" EUP. Because EUP is installed in the "mods" folder. If other mods are causing issues, remove the "mods" folder from the GTA V directory, and create a new one. Then install EUP only.

Does the light stays on all the time regardless of the time of the day? You don't have any mods/scripts that changes the way how vehicles function?

Renaming the "mods" folder is the same thing as disable all the mods you have installed. That means you do not have EUP installed. Also, why are you highlighting "mpluxe2?" You are suppose to install the "EUP" DLC folder into dlc_patch.

This is not a "bug." There is a maximum limit on how many backup units you can call, once that limit is reached, no additional units will respond. "Chase.MaxUnitsPerSuspect = 10 Chase.MaxUnits = 20" You can customize this in lspdfr.ini.
