  1. Perhaps you could try this: 1. Download and install this gameconfig: https://github.com/pnwparksfan/gameconfig/releases 2. Install heapadjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster Open the .ini file with notepad and increase the heap size twice of the set value. 3. Install ParkFile LimitAdjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster Increase the value to 10248 or above.
  2. GTA modding has changed dramatically over the years, it only became more complicated. The "good old days" has long gone, where you just simply "drag and drop" to install a mod and it will work perfectly. Now, other than basic modding knowledge, there's so much things to consider especially when combining several mods together. At first don't expect you will have all the mods that you see from certain YouTuber's video, they did not install all those mods at once. I recommend to install the basic LSPDFR first, then add additional plugins or scripts one by one; launch the game and test those mods. Then add more mods into the game with this approach over time, similar as what you would do for GTA IV LCPDFR. This way you will be able to troubleshoot any crashes easily, and you will develop some ideas of why your game is crashing without being totally confused. Hopefully this helps.
  3. Are you sure it's LSPDFR/RPH related plugins causing the crash? Did you get an error when game crashed? What was "everything" you "cleared?" Have you tried to remove any other scripts or .asi mods, if any? And also, do you have heapadjuster, parkfile limit adjuster, and a custom gameconfig installed?
  4. Could be a random crash, happens once in a while. You can simply ignore it, and restart the game. If it happens often and became a pattern, such as several times per game session; then you should really look into it, and try to figure out how to reproduce that crash by checking the RPH log and performing in-game test.
  5. What do you mean "don't work?" Could you provide a more comprehensive description? If it's actually loaded in the game, double tap "E" on the keyboard to stop a ped on foot.

It's likely that this "car pack" replaced certain meta or data files. Download that car pack again, and use WinRar to find out which data/meta files are meant to be replaced. Then replace these files with the original GTA 5 meta/data files. such as popcycle, popgroup, etc.
  7. Just add to it ^ hold "Enter" to dismiss all backup units.
  8. What you are referring to is license plate check featured in additional plugins, vanilla LSPDFR can only run license plate via police computer. You need to install either STP or PoliceSmartRadio, and use the "plate check/vehicle check" feature.
  9. Allow me to jump in here. I just want to know if you are using Menyoo? A PC trainer for GTA 5. Sometimes it could cause the exact issue you are describing above.
  10. Nothing as simple as launch the game and get in a police car, then drive.
  11. The animation in the picture you attached above can only be used with default LSPDFR grab suspect feature. STP's animation of grabbing the suspect cannot be changed or modified. it's up to you to decide which one do you want to use, note that STP will conflict with most of the default LSPDFR features such as grabbing animation.
  12. [9/24/2022 10:11:02 PM.100] LSPD First Response: ------------------------------ [9/24/2022 10:11:02 PM.100] LSPD First Response: Exception type: System.IO.FileNotFoundException [9/24/2022 10:11:02 PM.100] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'Spotlight, Version=1.4.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Random crash occurred when calling a helicopter in pursuit, even though I have the latest version of Spotlight installed; even thought it was working fine when testing the plugin. The only difference was that particular pursuit was in day time.
  13. ^ What do you mean? In your previous reply to the author, you said you can change the character's voice in lspdfr - audio - scanner; which isn't true. The only way to replace your character's speech is to replace certain audio file made by Rockstar:
  14. How do you know your screen/monitor "dims" the in-game lighting effect? For me it looks like you are having the "lights flickering issue caused by ENB."
  15. I think it looks perfectly fine, and it's bright enough. If you want it to be brighter, increase the values of "car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on " and "car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on" in "visualsettings.dat."
  16. You can simply uninstall that mod by replacing whatever the .meta files it replaced. Mostly weapons.meta in certain DLC folders and in update.rpf. Go to your downloads folder, right click on the OpenIV installer, and open it with WinRAR. Open "assembly.xml," track down each .meta file's path. Then go to content, and replace all the files listed in there with the original files. This is the most complicated way, but for this mod the best way to completely get rid of it is by replacing all these files manually. That's why I never use auto installers, indeed it's convenient when installing the mod, but if it doesn't work out then it will be very "convenient" to figure out how to uninstall it.
  17. I assume you are referring to your character's voice. Each character has unique voice lines, if you want to change your character's current speech, you need to download "Simple Trainer." From there, go to "model spawning - voice," highlight the third line, and use numpad 4 to scroll to the left, until you see "S_M_Y_COP_01_FULL" or "_MINI." Or "SHERIFF, HYW, RANGER, etc." Wrong, LSPDFR "police scanner" only includes callouts specific dispatch audio files, and AI officers' communications with dispatcher. Character's voice can only be changed via game trainer.
  18. There are two ways of archiving that: 1. Go on duty, at the outfit selection menu, use the in-game components editor to "build" your officer; then record the number under each components, and edit the outfit.xml with notepad, in lspdfr - data - custom. 2. Use "skin control," edit your character through the in-game menu, then save.
  19. "Armless" officers can be fixed by editing EUP configuration. Arms/hands are under "component 3." Hair color glitch is likely caused by EUP, your game crashed is probably not related to EUP. Whatever mods you installed, reinstall them one by one.
  20. Hi, sorry for the late reply. Cheat code works, I was able to modify the spotlight settings. Thank you.
  21. If you are referring to vehicle pursuit, TrafficPolicer by Albo1125 has a feature that allows you to change AI officers driving behaviour. Although that plugin is outdated. Or you can try this: Those are the best ones that works in 2022.
  22. I did a bit of research on this topic, most people was able to fix this issue by updating their RageNativeUI. You could check to see if that is updated, if not you can get it here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases
  23. Do you have a custom gameconfig? Did you install HeapAdjuster, and ParkFile LimitAdjuster? Both of them can be found on GTA5Mods. It's possible that your game ran out of memory.
  24. @jacalapar Yeah I'll take your advise to leave you alone. There's no point for me to wasting any more of my time on you.
