Disable "new pullover location" with horn
That is caused by ELS. You can turn off "Traffic Control" in ELS.ini.

LSPDFR crash when going on duty
If it crashed again. Can you try to replace all the xml files inside "lspdfr - data?" Make backups before replacing them.

Update 2: I was able to solve the "game crash to desktop without errors" issue, it turns out to be an ASI plugin: Pool Manager.

Disable "new pullover location" with horn
I know. Unfortunately that key is binded with siren/horn key, there's no way to change that without changing the horn key. You can install Traffic Policer, or custom pullover, which has a custom pullover option. It allows you to press a different key set, to take the suspect's vehicle to a custom location.

LSPDFR crash when going on duty
Looks like there was an issue when the game was trying to load DutyMenu. Download LSPDFR manual installation from this website, and replace "duty_selection.xml" inside "lspdfr - data" folder.

ELS freezes except the back lights.
Make sure you installed ScripHookV(Click here), not SctiptHookRDR2. Drag and drop ScriptHookV.dll and ASI loader dinput8.dll into your GTA V directory. Inside the ELS folder, make sure you have a xml file for that particular vehicle, the name of that xml file should be the exact same name as the vehicle's model.

LSPDFR crash when going on duty
"[10/31/2022 12:41:26 AM.047] LSPD First Response: Exception type: System.Xml.XmlException [10/31/2022 12:41:26 AM.047] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Invalid character in the given encoding. Line 2, position 4." Did you modify any xml. files inside "lspdfr - data" folder?

Disable "new pullover location" with horn
You cannot change or hide the default LSPDFR on-screen tips notification. Keys can be remapped in keys.ini. If you're using a controller, it's recommended to customize the keys to your own preference, so they won't overlap. Look for the "Controllerkey" sections, example: "BACKUP_MENU_ModifierKey=LShiftKey BACKUP_MENU_ControllerKey=RightThumb BACKUP_MENU_ControllerModifierKey=None TOGGLE_SIREN_SOUND_Key=J TOGGLE_SIREN_SOUND_ModifierKey=None TOGGLE_SIREN_SOUND_ControllerKey=None TOGGLE_SIREN_SOUND_ControllerModifierKey=None"

Fresh install and still crashing since new update, log included.
Rage Plugin Hook itself could be causing issues, but at least you should be able to pass the loading screen and loaded into the game. Do you have other mods installed in the "mods" folder? Crash at loading screen is possibly caused by certain replaced data/meta files.

Looks like your game was not fully loaded. Did your game crash at RPH loading screen? At "Populating game world?"

Game crashes apon loading LSPDFR
Why are you quoting my post? This is a completely different issue. I don't see any similarities between these two posts.

RPH Plugin Crashes Prior Go On-Duty | RPH or RageNativeUI Related
I wasn't able to eliminate any of the ASI Plugins. The issue was not caused by ScriptHookV nor its ASI Loader: dinput8.dll. If any additional plugins are loaded prior to go on duty, those plugins will crash one at a time as long as the player is in-game. Furthermore, by tracking down the crash in RPH log, they all have this same error: "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." I've tested everything I could. In this case, I think either RPH or RageNativeUI is responsible for causing this crash.

Thank you. I'll investigate further. Looks like it's one of the ASI Plugins causing this issue, I'll have to find out which one by process elimination.

RPH Plugin Crashes Prior Go On-Duty | RPH or RageNativeUI Related
Hello, (EDITED) I've noticed there is an unavoidable crash after updated to the latest version of LSPDFR, RPH, and ScriptHookV, along with the GTA V update. This crash can be produced in the following method, regardless what other mods you have installed or removed: After loaded into the game, before reporting to duty, freeroam around for a bit and wait; or manually active one of the plugins in the "Plugin" folder, then: One of the random plugins that are loaded in the "Plugin" folder will crash, then the next one will crash shortly after; eventrully LSPDFR.dll will crash (when all the other plugins are crashed in the "Plugin" folder), then the game will exist to desktop without error. I've completely and properly updated my game to the latest version, I was able to reproduce this crash all the time with and without any mods. (mods folder, additional script mods, etc) Feel free to share your experiences if anyone else is having this issue.

Crash report
Exactly, what else did you expect? No one knows the game better than you, especially when you(the author) are not stating as many details as you can without me keep asking. Modding now days is complicated and it's not as easy as you thought. There are no "ultimate solution" or "the solution." What I said was common sense and the very basic step of troubleshooting. You should be grateful that someone at least would even try to assist you, many topics are dead because of lack of support. And there are no magic tricks other than being patient and applying baby steps in terms of troubleshooting. What do you think the general public is? Gods, Jesus, Lords with magic powers and golden eyes? With that being said, good luck with whatever!

Suspect Glitching/Stuck Between Animations
I believe that glitch is caused by the Ultimate Backup's officer. The UB officer was trying to arrest the suspect, and you(the player) probably tried to take over the arrest. One way to "solve" this is to terminate the pursuit via LSPDFR pursuit menu, then arrest the suspect by yourself.

Slim dx crash
This is one of those issues that can keep you up at night and losing sleep for days. Have you tried to update Windows? Also, RPH is included with LSPDFR, did you download RPH from their website(outdated) and overwrote LSPDFR with RPH?

Crash report
The most reliable way to resolve this is by removing the mods you have one at a time, then launch the game and test it. Crash at RPH loading screen is likely caused by certain meta/data files that you've replaced in the mods folder.

LCPDFR LOADER LOADER.. ERROR
Congratulations you just got the classic LCPDFR Loader error. This used to be a headache back in the old days, eventually it went away after a few reinstall. Before you try to reinstall LCPDFR 1.1 a few more times, without any other mods, make sure you have all the requirements installed on your PC. Such as DirextX, etc. Run the LCPDFR diagnostic tool for a list of the requirements.

Did your game crash at the loading screen? Looks like the game was not fully loaded. Do you have any other mods other than RPH?

dlclist.xml resetting
First thing here, what version of GTA V are you on? How come GTA V started update upon launch? Second, whenever GTA V is updated, OpenIV will ask you to update the mod folder as well, and you'll lose most of the moded files in there. I'm sure you know that. And, are you sure you actually replaced the edited dlc file? The best way to do it is turn on edit mode, and right click it - select edit then save.

Mods
You might want to go ahead try it out and see what happens. But the obvious answer is NO. It's recommended to make another copy for EMS mod only.
