  1. Menyoo isn't compatible with RPH, I noticed the game will crash near some police stations with Menyoo installed. Remove it and the issue should be fixed.
  2. As for as I know, ELS is no longer compatible with GTA IV Complete Edition.
  3. If your game crashed without a RPH error, that means certain game files you modified is corrupted. Mostly this happens after installing certain mods. The best way to restore your game to the "pre-crash" status is to remove the mods you've installed, and undo any changes you've made. In this case the cause might be the Albo's modding DLC(outdated and no longer needed) and the addon/DLC mod you were trying to install.
  4. According to the log, the Advancehook and Scripthook is not performing certain things. Did you install the Compatibility path? https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta4mods/g17media/26726-compatibility-patch-for-gta-iv-complete-edition/
  5. Can you play the game first without any mods? After you pass the first "mission" - where Roman introduced you the first safe house, save the game as instructed. Then reinstall LCPDFR and try again.
  6. Do you have the Complete edition or path 1070? Also can you go to "Documents - Rockstar games - GTA IV - savegames," let me know what do you have in there.
  7. You are still using "dsound.dll." Please refer to my comment above, then let us know.
  8. Probably the game was trying to create a save file and somehow failed, therefore causing the crash at startup. Go to your GTA IV directory, where you installed LCPDFR, delete "dsound.dll," and install xlives.dll from this link, drop everything into GTA IV directory: https://libertycity.net/files/gta-4/25382-dll-xlive.html?page=2
  9. Do you also have an .ini file called "custom?" You shouldn't be modifying the "default.ini," because it won't change anything.
  10. First, there's no "recommended" car packs for LSPDFR. It is totally optional. Second, did the game crash before you installed that car pack? Can you try to uninstall that pack and test again?
  11. That's more like a system/hardware issue. You got texture lose after teleported to somewhere on the map, that indicates your game was running out of memory and unable to process the image - in this case to load the map. The most reliable way to "fix" this "issue" is to upgrade your PC. But regardless, you can try to "increase" your game memory by installing a custom gameconfig, Heapadjuster, and Parkfile Limit Adjuster. Also avoid using any high poly vehicles, such as 4K livery.
  12. "Fresh install" Make sure you have a custom gameconfig, along with Heapadjuster, and Parkfile limit adjuster.
  13. Perhaps LSPDFR was trying to spawn something near that "crash zone." Do you have vehicle mods, and EUP? If so are they causing any issues upon spawning? Also, do you have Menyoo installed? (PC trainer)
  14. That is totally up to you. But as long as your post is still active here, I can offer my advise if it will be helpful. Do you have a plugin called "Clear the way V" installed? If so you can remove that and test it again. Also certain cars do crash into walls or drive off a clif when you activating your siren behind them, such as Police vehicles; one way to "fix" this is just use your lights to pass them, or look away if they crash into something.
  15. Was that a LSPDFR crash, or a sudden game crash without errors? If that is the case you can try to install another custom gameconfig here: https://github.com/pnwparksfan/gameconfig/releases Also make sure you have Headadjuster and Parkfilelimit adjuster installed.
  16. Do you have a clean copy of GTA V with a fresh install of the updated LSPDFR, RPH, and RageNativeUI? All of these three things are important here. The updated RPH can be found in the LSPDFR manual installation package.
  17. Update LSPDFR and RPH to the latest version.
  18. If you have 4K vehicles installed, decrease the livery size to 2K or 1080P. Also remove any map mods, HD texture mods, and high quality vehicle mods, if any.
  19. If there is a command line text file in your GTA V directory, open it with notepad and erase everything in it then save.
  20. GTA IV Complete edition itself requires 24.45 GB, at least. With LCPDFR and additional modifications, such as vehicle mods, it will exceed 24.45 GB.
  21. You need to set up the ELS lights for each vehicle you've installed; usually the ELS config file comes with the vehicle model, redownload the vehicle mod if you missed it. Open the ELS folder and check if you have the correct ELS config, the config name should match the vehicle's name.
  22. Two things: 1. Make sure everything is updated, including RPH. You can check that by downloading the LSPDFR manual installation package. 2. Download RageNativeUI is you haven't done so. 3. I assume you are not using a custom map?
  23. "Exception message: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." "Stack trace:.............at RAGENativeUI.Internals.Screen.get_ActualResolution()" Download and install the latest version of RageNativeUI: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases Also make sure the RPH is updated, you can get it from LSPDFR manual installation package.
  24. If you have a legitimate GTA V copy on Steam or other platform, try these steps below: 1. Download LSPDFR manual installation package and replace all the necessary files. 2. Download and install the latest version of RageNativeUI.
