RCA is an add-on map mod, if it was causing such issue, after uninstalling it the issue should went away. Did you install any other mods that actually replaces the original files? Such as radar/mini map mod?

Map Fixes by Alex does not cause texture lose. It's an issue with map collisions, not texture lose. You can simply fix it by deleting the collision files.

^^^ Where did you actually download RPH? "...and latest official version from RPH official website." "I see the red banner and checked my RPH..." If you are referring to default LSPDFR keys, all the keys should work without any problem. There is an key.ini setting file inside "lspdfr" folder, make sure you did not modify it. If you are referring to additional keys provided by additional plugins, without those plugins these "keys" won't "work."
