This, You may see officers on COPS or on ride alongs stating along the lines "yeah pull him over, My PC is tag light out" PC means probable cause, if an officer does not have this and stops a person for no reason, the entire case could be thrown out of court and that officer could get in a fair amount of trouble. You can simply buy EFLC only if you wish to do so, Also, All the mods you listed I have gotten to work on my own copy of EFLC, So yes, they do work for EFLC from my experiences.

MODERATOR NOTICE As stated above, This issue is not caused by LCPDFR, Its a generic GTA IV problem that we cannot fix, Simply pause your game, Then alt + Tab and you will see almost no crashing, other than that we cannot really continue to help you since the issue is out of our hands, Due to this, I'll be closing this thread for now. Finish the first mission on GTA IV and save it, Don't go on duty, After your done saving, reload it, and go on duty. EDIT: Ninja'd :ninja:

The reason for this is due to GTA IV's bare minimum being 1.5 GB of RAM, Due to the load LCPDFR can put on the game/system, It is hard to determine whether or not LCPDFR is the cause, or simply the low count of ram, So because of this, We don't support it, However, I have seen players get it working, so you can get some help here to see fit to your problem.

Sorry, but LCPDFR Does not support systems with 2GB of system RAM or less, you can attempt to get some help here to try to get it working, but we cannot guarantee it will work due to your low ram count.
