Hey ridge, I have a quick question, I've noticed a few users having different colored hats, Exactly how do you do this? Is it simply just re coloring the hat texture or something?

He is correct, LCPDFR Does not support 2GB of ram or less, Due to the fact that the bare minimum for GTA IV is 1.5, So adding a modification will cause all sorts of issues, and for that reason, We don't support it, Just like how we don't support other modifications, They will cause all sorts of trouble that we simply, cannot fix.

Try running the game its self as admin in your GTA IV directory (LaunchGTAIV.exe).

Your welcome, Also, I suggest you pick up STEAM and purchase GTA IV on it, And set up a windows OS through boot camp like I did.

1. GTA IV only works on PC, there is no GTA IV for the Mac platform, Regardless of what ever torrent site tells you, tbh I wouldn't be surprise if it is a mac Trojan..., So no, You cannot get GTA IV to work on mac with out using something like a partitioned disk or a virtualisation software. 2. We don't support cracked copies of the game. 3. This has been answered many times on multiple other threads, Please use the search bar or even google before making a new thread. PS: Im on a MAC as well, I use a partitioned disk with windows 7 through boot camp, which comes free with all macs.

Its recommended not to mod Police 1 and Police 2, but you still can, It shouldn't crash unless you have a system with low system specs, Its recommended to mod other vehicles like Noose and FBI.

You have to use a modded police car with ELS enabled for it to work properly.

I think he's speaking of Modeling the vehicles him self and then applying a skin to them, Rather than just making a skin, Could be wrong though...
