Hi guys , need some urgent help there please ,

A few days ago , my computer crashed/spoilt , and now i am going to Reinstall my Gta 4 again . but cant ,

when i am installing the gta 4 . need to put the disc 2 . and now the error come ( see below) . so i am thinking of buying it again . but i do not know gta 4 or EFLC is better . so need you thinking and discussion .

I'd get EFLC. It has more weapons and cars, the devs use it, and the only downside I can think of for LCPDFR is no default police computer missions.

You can simply buy EFLC only if you wish to do so, Also, All the mods you listed I have gotten to work on my own copy of EFLC, So yes, they do work for EFLC from my experiences.
