  9. As you see above (In bold and underlined) After the beta was leaked, it was made public rather than do damage control on stopping the leaked versions, After that, All other newer versions were made public since a release was already made, it would have been wrong if we released .95 Beta, then not give out anymore versions, Pretty much, All the Tester versions were never to be released, but due to the leak they were, So for now, newer version of RC (Like RC3) Are for only testers/mods until the dev team feels there ready for release, Release clients are pretty much versions of the mod that could possibly be a final version of .95 (The last stage of testing).

Pull up behind a vehicle with a driver in it, Hit SHIFT to start a traffic stop, Also, You can view the game list in game, by hitting SHIFT + TAB. 16. If GTA IV Barley supports 2GB of ram (1.5GB), Then adding a extensive modification such as LCPDFR will most likely result in either A. The mod not working correctly, or B. The game not working correctly, So pretty much, Its hard to debug a game when the Ram its self could be causing the issue, Its the same thing as how we don't support non vanilla copys of GTA IV, or EFLC.
  17. According to Sam, GTA IV only barely supports 2GB RAM, So basically, it could be the low RAM count that usually causes the issue, Which is why we don't support it, if you have it working, glad to hear, But we don't support 2GB or less....
  18. I have to agree, its getting really boring, but as kevin stated, the mods keep me going as well, Some times, I just walk on the side walk, and look up, the map and the game always shocks me at how good and subtle it looks, Anywho, It still amazes me a game like this (well, its gta, so no surprise) could go on for 4 years.
  19. Sorry, but according to Jay, LCPDFR Doesn't support systems with 2gb of ram or less. @rowalker84, If your having your own game issues, Create your own support topic, Rather then posting in some ones elses, Be sure to read the stickies before hand.

  21. As you can see above (in bold and underlined) He already stated what his GPU was....

  23. This, As well as your modded cars will cause this due to them being high poly, Remove the cars and turn down your graphic settings for your game to run properly, Also, This is in the wrong section, LCPDFR is not what is causing this issue, it is caused by your computer not being power full enough to handle the game along with high poly car mods, Should be in GTA IV Discussion, Moving...
