Everything looks good, however I think you should ditch 16 Gb of ram (Overkill) And go for something more balanced like 8Gb of ram and upgrade your CPU to a i7.

In game, hit Shift + Tab to see a full list of keys, In the downloads section there is a printable key listing that you can grab.

I just wanted to clear somthing up for the OP, As unr3al stated above, It works, When you do this, You have win 7 on a partitioned disk, and it is a stand alone OS, How do I know this? I'm using it right now . But due to the OPs Specs, I highly doubt he will be able to get GTA IV running even if he gets Win 7.

What are you talking about? .95 is HUGELY stable, If your having game issues, Its most likely due to your computer being in adiquite to run the game or other modifications conflicting with the mod, Also, the mod has always been tagged with the release status "When its done", All the devs do this for free, and are never requesting anything in return, Remember, They have lives too..... Its funny, im having this issue as well, Ive just ignored it for a while, But basically, Same issue, Ive tried almost everything to fix it as well, But nothing, Certainley a weird issue :/
