Your right, It is in the wrong section, However, I'll simply move it for you to a more appropriate section of the forum.

Try uninstalling LCPDFR (All files associated with it in the Scripts folder) And re install the mod by running the installer as ADMIN, Other wise, It will not work, Also, just to clear this up, Alt + T puts the Tazer on your holster, Alt + T again pulls it out, none of these will work if you don't run the installer/game as admin....

All of your Oakland skins, is there any chance you could make a separate with the liberty city theme? Like instead of Oakland County, It says Liberty County? Did you even read the readme? Your supposed to install the timecycl.dat as well with visualsettings.dat

Can you see your mouse? All you have to do is hit "Login", And you don't have to type anything, if you don't see your mouse, Increase your mouse sensitivity then.

As you can see above by his error, The game does not have admin rights to read/write protected memory (which is how essentially scripting works in GTA IV) So without running the game as admin, The game/Script cannot run correctly, deleting files and re installing would do nothing for his issue, But I thank you for at least attempting to help him out.

Well, That looks like it was done on Xbox or something, Its also not a mod, So to find alot of people for it to actually be fun, find people to run it (That don't get power hungry) and everything else, I would perfer it to be a mod or something but meh.... Maybe we could do something like this in the future in our LCPDFR Multiplayer group, That is, when all of the leaders get done fixing their tech difficulties.

It's not a texture bug, Its that you haven't modified your visualsettings.dat, Download something like radiance mod and install it, If you will be using TBOGT, make sure you mod that directory as well (I had that issue where I forgot to replace them in the TBOGT directory and the radiance mod wouldn't work). This, The only reason why I would go back to .91 would be for the arrest function, Just so much better imo, But that's just my opinion, .95 has way more free lance Police officer like features, So imo, Id rather go with .95 any day.

Hehe , I remember a while back I did a black hawk down scenario, it was a blast, Also, Small update on my server, Harper (Dev/Admin) And me will soon start working on a custom Domi takistan mission, and soon will start beta testing it on a password small server, I'll try to keep you guys as informed as possible, but this is just a heads up for you guys :D.
