Try replacing them with default cars and seeing if it crashed. BTW, generally police and police2 are the LAST cars you should make ELS (or high poly), as they lead to stability issues.

At gtapolicemods.com, under Downloads, Luxart, you can find a lot of LCPD vehicles. There is also an LCPD texture pack that lets you make most other police car mods LCPD.

TCS will spawn any car, not just the 20 TF puts in memory. I know I used to use it just to add more variety.

ELS and CPR don't conflict that often. ELS is used in a car, CPR is on foot.

That might be as you get closer. I've noticed that when I'm far away (the car is showing as that weird boxy thing, i.e. L1, not L0), it can show a different livery. AFAIK, that livery is random.

Get patch 1.0.7.0. It's actually part of the system requirements.

Creating wiki pages for a project you're involved in is a bad idea. Though I think there is a page to REQUEST new pages, so someone else (unrelated) could decide.

Speaking of non-ELS, is there a way to make blue lights? Also, @HolyOrangeJuice, the door glitch and invincible car are deal-breakers for a lot of people. If you ever like fighting the cops, ELS is bad. If you like getting your car damaged in pursuits, ELS is bad. If you take cover behind the door (I do this all the time), ELS is bad. If you want to shoot from the car, ELS is bad. If you don't want the game to crash fairly often, ELS is bad. There are a LOT of great things about ELS, but it has a LOT of issues as well. ELM (for SA) apparently works better; it's a shame that the same technique doesn't work in IV. I've actually thought that the awesome way to do an ELS replacement would be if we could change textures mid-game, but that pretty much won't work (unless the dev team works some more magic - I thought indicator mod and ALM would both be impossible)
