No, it can't go in the Noose slot. GTA uses an entirely different system for player and other peds. If it says "GTA IV only, not EFLC", it CANNOT, under any circumstances (short of redoing the model), be used as a ped.

No, the game spawns cops in my case too. What group(s) did you add them to? When I added them to Taxi, they spawned with cabbies (it was actually pretty funny seeing cabbies driving a SWAT truck ). When I added them to "geographic" spawn groups, they had cops.

That's probably because noose and polpatriot are designed for the NOOSE Patriotism and Immigration Authority (whose officers are suspiciously like LCPD officers). Also: great find!

If it works with 1.0.7.0, then it almost certainly works with EFLC 1.1.2.0, unless it specifically says otherwise.
