  1. You still need to change the emissive textures (sirens) to blue for that to work correctly. The bxbugs ELS CVPI provides a good example of this.
  2. The ELS UI key is ctrl-P by default. I'd suggest remapping it in the .ini to ctrl-B... unless you like the game to pause every time you press ctrl-P (default keybind for pause is P) Far as I can tell, T and R do the same thing in ELS, with the caveat that T can be remapped, and R cannot. It seems like to me the "R" key binding is redundant and could just be disabled by the developer and that would solve the issue.
  3. Yeah, you can tell if it's the model because the button on the ELS ui will just be "-" instead of TKD.
  4. the ELS CVPI by bugs does not have functional takedowns via ELS.
  5. You probably need a separate visualsettings for pre bikers dlc and current game version.
  6. rename the file from police.xml to sheriff.xml
  7. Try reinstalling RadianceV or similar mod, make sure postFX and shaders are set to high or better.
  8. RagePluginHook.log of your last game session is always in \Grand Theft Auto V main folder. Previous sessions are located in \Grand Theft Auto V\logs
  9. Delete anything from \Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\Police Scanner\Assorted Callouts Audio\OTHER_UNIT_TAKING_CALL and/or the folder "OTHER_UNIT_TAKING_CALL" if it exists. Try again to reinstall. If that fails, drag/extract all the Traffic Policer files out of the downloaded Traffic Policer archive to your desktop or wherever, and drag/copy them to your main GTA5 folder as provided.
  10. Oh, I meant I use police3 handling and it doesn't flip for me.
  11. Same but I still use Semi-Realistic Vehicle Physics V, maybe that's why.
  12. Ah, yeah that option is bad news, ever since they put it in... never use that. No worries.
  13. replace skin(s) with this, it's unmarked again.
  14. Post a ragepluginhook.log (attach here or use pastebin.com) showing you going on duty.
  15. Try holding shift when launching RPH, and uncheck this option: Command line option -enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval is specified; enabling counter measures against removal of online vehicles in singleplayer.
  16. Leave it in \plugins\LSPDFR. You don't 'load' it, you go on duty and it loads automagically, as does anything else in \plugins\LSPDFR.
  17. MSAA eats a lot of frames. Try turning it down to x2.
  18. .oac and vehicles folder are created when you export to OpenFormats from OpenIV. When you import OpenFormats back into OpenIV via the .oac file, it imports it as the .awc. Note: to import the .oac file right click on a blank area inside the .rpf file you want to import to and then left click import OpenFormats.
  19. Just reimport the .oac file after you've rearranged the files in the \vehicles folder. The .oac is "tied" to that folder and those files.
  20. Strange, I always drag and drop directly from archives with 7zip. Maybe it's a UAC thing (I disabled that crap).
