  1. Weird, you should get an option to sit them down or release them when you walk up behind them. Never seen that not work if you're directly behind them and they aren't running around.
  2. By default, brake lights don't come on just sitting still unless you have a mod that turns them on. If I disable More Control, blackout works fine.
  3. Press "insert" to open adjustment menu in-game. Move spotlight up or down to your preference, click save.
  4. Sounds like a vehicle mod like More Control or Basic Vehicle Actions.
  5. @Daywalker1974NL Try changing your mouse input setting to DirectInput or Raw Input in-game.
  6. It's because in RPH 46* and later, the new siren stuff they added can only control the default sirens: NOTE: this plugin disables headlights and tail lights wig-wags from the vehicle's siren settings while it's active for the plugin to work properly(e.g. the wig-wag from the game the one from this plugin don't interfere). Due to some limitations with RAGEPluginHook it can't disable them in added siren settings(siren setttings above 13), for this one you will need to modify the file containing this siren settings and remove those wig-wags.
  7. There is a documentation folder that comes with the mod with all that info, just so you know.
  8. Don't need a description, I've been tazed, stabbed, and shot by enough of Albo's ANPR and various other callouts to have my own description. ;)
  9. Sounds like Traffic Policer (which is also a callout mod, in addition to ambient events) as I'd mentioned earlier.
  10. Don't use a controller but I don't see any way to do it either.
  11. They use a weird keymap, but they're all in the default controls .pdf.
  12. You can remap it in the .ini. ChgPat_PRML = 85
  13. Yeah, but that doesn't mean you can't pull a regular ped over for xyz that wasn't spawned by a callout.
  14. Sounds like most of you are talking about traffic stops spawned by a callout, like Albo's Traffic Policer for example. I have never seen the driver in a normal traffic stop (not spawned by a plugin) just pull out a gun and start firing. They either take off or cooperate.
  15. If you haven't remapped "horn" to something else, that should turn them on, it does for me. Can you activate the siren on other non-ELS cars?
  16. Walk up behind them and hold E to release them, or if they're in the backseat already you press 6 to release them.
  17. They aren't ELS cars, they just have "ELS Style" lighting. You can't use ELS with those models.
  18. works that way by design. hit your siren audio key before you exit the vehicle.
  19. edit the ELS xml for the car and change <Extra11 IsElsControlled="false" /> to <Extra11 IsElsControlled="true" />
  20. Nah I mean a key to press in conjunction with F11, like control or shift.
  21. There is no such thing as "full" carvariations. The thing with this pack is a lot of the cars wont spawn in traffic by default, or be selectable via the LSPDFR on duty menu. So go on duty, pick a car, then open the Rage console via F4 (default) and type spawn police7 or spawnandwarp police7 (or insert whatever model you wanna spawn)
  22. Thank @Kompetenzz for MVGA. On second thought, his head is already big enough.
  23. that's basically what default sirens look like in GTA5. Try MVGA out, has an automatic installer and will definitely brighten your sirens up.
  24. you need some type of mod like RadianceV or MVGA, default sirens in GTA are dull af.
