    Well, did you try to use an ELS .xml file on it? If so, remove it, and just use the horn key for the sirens. It sounds like the game thinks it's an ELS vehicle for whatever reason, you're pressing J and it's 'popping' the extras on and off.

    ELS XML files for the FPIUs seem kinda janky, cruise lights only light up one side of the lightbar, etc. I'd fix it myself, but not really sure how.

    Yeah, not sure what the problem could be for you Gump. I even darkened the emissive textures and it still looks good. Would be a shame not to release the model because of that.

    ELS uses the extras for the lights. The only ones you can 'change' on this model are 10 and 12. You might have to repair the vehicle via trainer to see them appear though.
