I'm tired of cities based on coastal cities. I really want to see a midwest similar to San Andreas, with Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, and Memphis as main cities and various forests and mountain areas in between, with small towns in those areas.

And yes, I know the difference between "have" and "carry." From your youtube channel, it seems you are using ENB and ELS enabled car mods, unless that has changed since your last video. Few people have the exact same hardware/software, and fewer people have the same modded GTA 4. There are no guarantees when installing LCPDFR that it will work, and it is still recommended that for maximized stability, people play with as little mods as possible. There were people able to play 1.0B for hours at a time, and that number has probably increased now with 1.0c. I can play for about 30-45 minutes, but that is with a high poly car mod in every police slot, added vehicles, high quality ped mods, ENB and about 10 additional scripts. I understand that my issue isn't LCPDFR, but the additional mods that take up resources from the computer. While I can understand why you are upset that you do not have the same experience, it is unreasonable to assume that a script will work perfectly across the board when any number of compatability issues could arise, and then blame the creators for not testing something out on every single possible configuration.

The state of Illinois had an extremely difficult to acquire permit system until the beginning of this year, and Chicago, which banned stepping out of your house with a gun unless it was disassembled, had more firearms murders than any other city in the United States. Oh, and your country also has very strict laws about concealed carry permits, and it tends to only be the rich or politicians that can get one in your country. That doesn't stop the criminals in your country from carrying guns either.

It's the opposite at the community college near me. There's about 30 cops, and I've seen them training with AR-15s a few times at a local gun range.

LCPDFR has always been meant for single player, so an end of multiplayer services doesn't affect the mod at all.
