  1. Umm. Not sure if standards for this stuff is different, but 60mbit down is pretty much the max traditional fiber will give here. I'd say that in UK standards at least, you would most definitely have fiber.
  2. yeah, it sucks.
  3. I live in the UK and get 8mb at best. If only that could get to north wales faster :(
  4. Starmix replied to fire2903rescue's topic in Legacy
You can have both if you modify the dlclist file though.
  5. Reinstall them, or try using different car mods, it's very possible that they are too intensive for your machine.
  6. I have 16GBs of RAM too and I get around 12GBs of (total) usage with chrome and a few other things (steam, notepad++, that sort of stuff) soooo yeah. I also have all police slots replaced and get like 3.7GB's VRAM Usage, remember, if your VRAM runs out, it will use your normal RAM. Might have something to do with the fact that I have a virtual machine (of course, not activated while playing, but can mess those values up) Now time to add 10 hi-poly planes to my game and see if it crashes!
  7. Although on one of my previous status updates, Sam said it would be considered to change in the future.
  8. You've given them the idea now!
  9. Yeah, I'd say there's too much power now, and no games can really truly take advantage of the full potential of these cards without putting the 900-series to shame or even some of the 1000-series GPUs. Too much... Too much...
  10. BTW, AMD Processors are bottleneck kings. I have a gigabyte GTX 960 and a i5-4460 nearly bottlenecks it in GTA V, which basically means your FX 6300 is boned in terms of bottlenecks. Clock Speeds & Core Counts don't mean everything, it's the architecture of it that can count.
  11. If the liveries are not there, you have deleted them.
  12. Hmmm. Try launching it ingame anyway, OpenIV is known to mess things up. And I'm making sure you know the correct information in the future, not trying to offend or insult you or anything.
  13. Templates are made by the author to allow others to MAKE skins, this poor guy just wants one livery to show up, he doesn't want to make one. If you want to continue this, message me, I don't want this to clutter the topic anymore than we need to. I made a mistake, you have to name it chr2_sign_1 not 2
  14. OP: Make sure you actually name it chr2_sign_1
  15. That is an example of a template, I have no idea what you thought it was, but that's what it is, and is why he's seeing a fuckton of colours.
  16. No, he deleted all of the liveries. Or followed your (incorrect) advice and added the template.
  17. You delete all of the liveries there that you don't want, then leave the one livery you do want there. Also make sure in this case that that one you do use is called chr2_sign_1 What in god's name are you on about? You don't need photoshop to literally remove a livery!
  18. umm. wtf happened to that dlclist.xml? dlclist.xml might fix it.
  19. Change your mouse input setting to DirectInput or Raw Input in your game settings. This is the way that Police Radio works, unfortunately. It can't really be fixed. This isn't a Ragehook issue, it's with Better EMS, but the plugin still works, so ignore it.
  20. Unless, of course, you are running a pirated copy.
  21. This is needed. I want my coronas. and I don't want to spend 4 hours installing different models (damn you 791 xd)
  22. holy shit, just woke up and clicked on this file and now my eyes hurt a little
  23. You've added bad file mods then.
  24. No idea what it is, and it's not on LCPDFR so no. And wouldn't you think the latest version would include more performance benefits?
