Wait, so this crashes when you exit Los Santos? Go into the Rage settings, then to Advanced Settings and find an option with something similar to: Enable countermeasure against online vehicles being removed in singeplayer If that's enabled, disable it. It causes crashes outside of Los Santos. If it doesn't, then check your car/file mods.

What Ararial said, things like the police putting their weapons away are all natives. The longer they take, the more time the CPU spends per native. This would also negatively affect any CPU, even something like a 6950X

You can blame Rockstar for this, increased anti-cheat has meant that natives take longer and longer to complete. This negatively affects performance and really can't be fixed. An example between older game versions, by MulleDK19, RPH Developer.

It's possible for it to be a bad car model. or too much for your computer.

Try using something other than the RPH spawner. If it happens on multiple trainers then you've got a bad model.

You have an outdated version of ScriptHookV. Easy as that. Follow the link and instructions that are probably around a foot away from your face maximum and update it.

Head to the vehicles.meta for the car and edit the lodDistances all to 500.Go to your GTAV folder. Right click on GTA5.exe Select Properties. Screenshot the Details tab and upload it to here or some screenshotting service.Probably an issue with one of your .meta files then.Crashes at that stage are usually to do with a 'mods' folder.
