Just make sure all of your mods are updated.

Try this first: Go into NVIDIA Control Panel -> 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> GTA5.exe -> Shader Cache, set that to OFF.

A GTX 760 has 2GB VRAM. GTA V 1080p lowesr settings with LSPDFR seems for me to use around 2.5GB.

Go on your profile and there should literally be a box there...

Not sure if Cyan might have fixed the bottom one, but it works for me right now.

Nope, just got a notification 10 mins ago about a post made 10hrs ago again.

Looks like you need to reinstall Agency Callouts.

Right now, several of my notifications have been duplicating. So far, I've gotten about 5 notifications about this topic: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/64133-lspdfr-scripts-plugins-not-loading/ And around 3/4 from this one: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/64145-private-message-issues/ as well as several PM notifications duplicating. edit: seems like there is tons of issues with notifications right now :/
