You can keep your power saver settings and still stop your PC from shutting down. If you're using Windows 7 (could work for Windows 8) You go to Control Panel - System and Security - Power options one the side bar, there should be either a "Choose when to turn off the display" or "Change when the computer sleeps", click on either one of them and switch both "Turn off display" and "Put the computer to sleep" to never.

I haven't really got a "dream car" or a car i could own if i could. cars are just cars to me.. but it needs to be a good looking one for me to own it xD i actually wouldn't mind an XB Falcon though, i love them cars and think it'll be cool to own... or a '69 Dodge Charger designed as the General Lee. But if it could be anything at no cost.. just because i could i'd own a Batmobile because i'm a huge Batman fan.. and think it'll look badass just sitting in my garage or something.

If you use xlive then you could download a 100% save game, although you could just do a few missions as they get unlocked once you do a certain mission for Brucie, so it's early on in the game

With traffic stops, are you pressing SHIFT? Some people just think they pull over when you activate your sirens when in fact you have to press the SHIFT key. Regarding arrests, which version of LCPD:FR are you using? I've been playing LCPD:FR since 0.91 and i only had this happen a couple of times with 0.95.. since i installed 1.0 i never had this problem. Also, are you sure you installed LCPD:Fr correctly?

I honestly can't choose one from real life.. because i live in Australia, we don't exactly have state police.. each state just has one police department for example if it's the state of Tasmania, we have Tasmania Police. In game.. i'd say Alderney State Police because that's the only SP i know of in the GTA world.

The first video, he was speeding a bit.. but then again his truck is going to be slow so that speed might make up the response time, as for him nearly hitting a car.. Yes he was on the wrong side of the road, but that car was in a different lane altogether, the camera angle makes it look like he was almost hit. as the for the second video, i didn't exactly see any speeding, just remember he is driving a truck that has an attached trailer to it (i don't know the technical terms for those things, i'm not a fire fighter) so he needs to drive a bit faster than the rest just to keep up. my opinion is that he was speeding, but was still able to control his vehicle, he needs to speed to get to a scene urgently, but he also needs to watch out for the safety of himself, his crew and everyone else around him.. although i could be wrong, he might have actually going the appropriate speed, didn't states and countries have different laws regarding emergency vehicles.. i haven't been to LA, i don't know the laws of LA.. so i can't really agree or disagree to if he was speeding or not.

I was watching some of Nerd³ livestream about GTA V.. good lord it is amazing, especially the peyote levels, he was playing as a bird.. and pooped on everything xD I really can't wait for the PC version, if the next-gen consoles look amazing.. then the PC version will look even better.

Do you think that these officers got a medal? I mean.. they're probably the only cops that have actually managed to stop the Bat xD

After fiddling around with the config file and adding the less cops mod it working properly now because there isn't as many police cars patrolling the streets so they're not all getting into my pursuits and screwing me over.

Every country leader in the world gets pissed off about the smallest things nowadays, so it's possible for a World War III.. Whether it be against Russia and another country or could be caused by a completely different country.. Who knows, but the way leaders and even politicians are acting, i wouldn't be suprised. Look at Australia, our PM made comments about the Russians shooting the MH17 plane down, Putin got mad and put 4 ships just outside Australian waters.. the smallest and most stupidest comment could be made and BOOM World War III happens.

I don't know much about the WTC mod, but judging by your comments there is a version for EFLC and IV.. The 1.0.7.0 version would be fore GTA IV and not for EFLC, so my guess is you downloaded the wrong version? EDIT: try and download it from here, there might be an auto installer -http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/world-trade-center-mod-03-f10572 - some people have also said that it crashes upon startup because they haven't completed the game, so you might either need to complete the game OR download a 100% save game and use that

I read about this incident somewhere (can't remember where).. Honestly i don't blame the governor for sending in the National Guard.. when a white cop shoots an unarmed black teen then there is a fire within the community.. when the cop is found not guilty for shooting an unarmed black teen.. then you've added fuel to that fire.. which means all hell will break loose. It's going to be Rodney King and George Zimmerman riots all over again =/

I don't know how much value/performance you'll get out of a pre-built desktop for $500 but you should be a ble to build a decent computer for that price, possibly a little bit over depending on what hardware you want. Try and build a PC using this site, then you'll get a rough idea of how much it'll cost - http://au.pcpartpicker.com/ It tends to be cheaper if you build your own PC, as you normally pay extra if you buy a pre-built one because sometimes they "up" the price so the builders can get a bit of money for spending their time building it.

The Trafficflow mod on here works just fine for me, no taxi bugs and i get a wide range of vehicles, i don't even notice i have it installed sometimes.

Not sure if you wanted an ELS or a non ELS version, however there is an ELS version similar to the version you want here - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> it's not the exact same as Ekalb's but if has the windshield lights, along with grill lights but no pushbar.

I'd actually like this to be implemented, possibly something in the config file where you can change the entire citation cost like: Cost 1: $40 (changeable value) Cost 2: $60 (changeable value) Cost 3: $100 (changeable value) Or 4 costs could be added with the 4th being a custom cost Cost 1: $40 Cost 2: $60 Cost 3: $100 Cost 4: -custom amount- Plus adding it to LCPD:FR itself would be a lot better for people who don't use VDH Police Helper (like myself), Some people use the less amount of scripts possible for less crashes.

I haven't really had any issues with LCPD:FR mod itself, mainly with some of the features of it that doesn't work the way i want it to. My first problem is the amount of patrol units that help in a pursuit, as i have ELS car mods (and for my liking) i have 3 cars max in a pursuit, which is me plus 2 AI controlled cars, however when in a pursuit other patrolling cars join in even if 2 AI units are already joined in so sometimes i get about 4 AI units joined in.. which leads into a giant mess and most of the time they don't get back into the patrol vehicle and just leave the ELS activated on their cars. My second problem is random pursuits, I turned off Ambient Scenarios (i think) i set it to AmbientScenariosMaximum=0. I really don't like the random pursuits as like i stated above it turns into a mess with random patrol cars just left around the place with ELS activated.. which gets annoying as i have to get out and get into the AI cars just to deactivate ELS. Is there any way to "fix" these issues? I have included my LCPD:FR configuration settings just in case i have messed up something. like i said i have no issues with the mod like crashing so the other files wouldn't be neccesary, it's just a couple of features i don't like and wish to be turned off.
