Just a tip, If you're upgrading your processor, just make sure your motherboard can handle it, i nearly made that mistake when i upgraded my PC a few months ago.. nearly spent $500 on a motherboard and processor that wasn't compatible. Also, not sure the difference between the i5 and i7 but your i5 is 3.10 GHz whereas the i7 is 3.4 GHz so that might effect your CPU performance, if you want an i7 you could get this one - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117369&cm_re=Intel_processor-_-19-117-369-_-Product (again make sure your motherboard is compatible) i have this and it's great for me. Also it's a 4.0GHz better than the i7 that you wanted most likely.

Judging by your RAM, it's your computer.. GTA 4 requires atleast 4gb of RAM although you should allow 8gb of RAM so you can run with mods. If it's a laptop then there isn't much you can do, you could try running a commandline however i doubt that'll do anything. if it's a desktop then i suggest upgrading your RAM. Also normally from what i see the "Aspire" brand are laptops, so your graphics card wouldn't have been made for gaming, Laptops themselves were never designed for gaming purposes, 99% of laptops are for office work/school work and not for high tech stuff like gaming, video editing etc.

CSI Cyber comes out next year, with the pilot being from CSI Las Vegas (Season 14 episode Kitty) and the second episode is again from CSI Las Vegas based around the Season 15 case the gig harbour Killer. CSI has always been about the Forensics, the murder or humans and other "physical" crimes, so taking CSI to the technology side is really different and i'm interested to see where it goes. I have always loved CSI, to the point where i'm now studying to be a Criminalist and not a cop (although CSI is not like the real life Forensic job, but the concept is the same). The biggest difference with CSI Cyber is that the "CSI" team are part of the FBI, and not Criminalists or police officers, so judging by that i'm guessing it will have the Criminal Minds feel to it rather than the traditional CSI feel like Miami and New York had.

As an avid Batman fan, i always look forward to seeing new batman tv series. And when i read about this is was keen to see how they potrayed the characters. We always see the Batman side with the villians but we barely see the backstory/origin of it all like how the Wayne's died, what Bruce did as a child, how did Gordon overcome the corruption of the GCPD etc. I do like this series, although i notice some flaws that i really don't like, mainly how they potray the characters. the biggest thing i don't like is the Harvey Bullock character, they've potrayed him as a corrupt cop who has connections within the mafia, When this is not the case at all, Harvey is a good cop who is just lazy at doing what he does, I don't like how they call Selina Kyle 'Cat', at that age she was just trying to survive, she didn't really get into the burglary stuff intil she was older, so being called Cat would be irrelevant as she would get that nickname from Catwoman. same with Pamela Isely, people called her Ivy which wouldn't have happened since she adapted the name Poision Ivy after her accident which left her mutated that's how she adapted the name. I also don't like the way they're potraying Penguin, to me he should be more in-control and bossy. in the show he is more of a whimp. Although no Show is perfect, especially when it's something like Batman that has had different universes created by different people, they change things all the time so i'll get used to it. but with this "creation" I really do like it.

Depending on what games you plan on playing. 2.00ghz CPU might be ok, although you might see a few lag spikes with new games (Next-gen games). You should be able to play GTA 4 on mediumish settings. However that being said, we don't know your graphics card. that plays a vital role within PC gaming aswell.

That is normal with ELS V8, if you want to use the normal siren you'll need to activate express mode (consult your ELS V8 documentation for the controls)

Got this a few days ago, haven't tried it out yet.. i never really played Emergency 4, i played a little at a friends house once but that was it. i own Emergency 2012 and haven't even played that yet xD but it's nice to know it's sitting in my Steam library so i can play whenever i want

It should do, my old computer that was crappy (same amount of RAM, a 550 TI graphics card and a 2.40 processor i think) played GTA 4 with an ENB, a couple of cars all on medium with little lag. so your build will definitley run it a lot more smoother than mine.

Yes, ELS V8 was re-worked and now the door bug, and the invicibulity are now gone. ELS cars are now like your regular/non-ELS cars, they can take damage and the door functions properly. you should definitly try it out!

I'm atheist, mainly because i don't belive that god ever existed, I'm not going to belive that a god is real simply because a bible says so, that bible has been around for centuries.. in which could've been altered by anyone. plus Joseph and Mary giving "birth" to gods child seems a little far-fetched for me. There is no scientific evidence to suggest that there is a god, nor is there any evidence suggesting that there isn't. we'll never know for certain, although for me there is no evidence for me to belive that there is. plus i really don't like religion especially the kind that knocks on your door at the most inconveniant time just to talk about it, i don't have a problem with people being religious nor do i care if you're religious or not (quite a few of my friends are Christian) just don't annoy me/other people about it.

Normally it goes bright like that when you have installed it wrong, are you sure you have installed it properly? I have been using this ENB for ages and never encountered this problem. (although i did encounter it on other ENB versions but that was due to me not installing it correctly)

I can answer most. however with gangreen's fire fighter script i'm not 100% sure, but since it's a script then it should just install like every other script, there should be a readme file within the download that gives you instructions on how to install it. as for vehicle mods, to "add" cars you'll need a program called OpenIV, then you'll need to add them from there. although it may be a bit of a struggle to do it as a beginner (YouTube should have a few tutorials on how to do it), for liveries a mod can support up to 4 liveries (although it could be more) so with the 4 liveries you can use in game you'll need to put +livery at the end of that specificc vehicle "line" in the Vehicle.ide or Vehicle.DAT file (not sure which one it is). As for sirens, you can only use one siren since GTA uses one siren for all emergency vehicles, so you can add a siren for different vehicles unfortunately. For your controller, yes you can use a controller for your driving, ped walking, shooting etc and then use your numpad for the scripts (i have done this since i started playing gta 4 on the PC). and for your budget, you might be able to get a PC for that price, although normally for a decent gaming computer it is normally $500. just look on google for GTA 4 PC Specs and find a PC suitable with the specs (get something just a little bit over so you can run smoothly with mods)

To be quite honest, i don't even know why it was illegal in the first place. who people love is nobody concern except for that person and their "lover" whether it be man + man, woman + woman or man +woman. it's really nobodies business to say whether or not they can be together or not. just let them be, if they want to be gay.. then let them be gay. it's their choice and it doesn't affect anyone else at all.

The chance of Rockstar "backing out" of the PC release won't happen, they have already announced, advertised it and gotten a lot of pre-orders for it (including from myself), they'll anger more customers by cancelling it. However, humans are running the company.. so they might make that dumb move and cancel it. we won't know until either they announce it, or we don't get it on release date. but again, i doubt they'll cancel it. right now for the upcoming release their biggest seller is the PC version since most people wouldn't have a next gen console since they have a PC (like me. i prefer to spend the money on my PC than on a new console).

Lost count to be honest. Sometimes i uninstall GTA 4 by choice because i barely play it, or it's wiped due to me reformatting my computer. i only need to re-install if a i screw up or my game just breaks, but i normally use a backup file

I actually read this on FB when i first woke up, i thought it was just another one of those fake/hoax deaths that people do.. then i went onto his Wikipedia and saw he did die from asphyxiation. Funny thing is, i was only watching an interview of him on YT the night before, sucks really.. He was a great actor =(

Hotkeys are turned on by default. you'll either need to deactivate them via it's ini file, or when in game go into the trainer - into options - either at the end of the first or second page their should be "disable keys" turn that to activate and go to the second page of the options and click "save to trainer.ini" after that your hotkeys will be disabled and you won't get weird stuff happening when using the controls for LCPD:FR
