Since I updated GTA V to the latest version recently, I don't know why but EUP doesn't work, because it says that "EUP is not installed". But this wasn't happening before the recent update Rockstar Games made me do. I got the "eup" folder in dlcpacks (because this is the location where EUP should be), but it says since I updated GTA V that EUP isn't installed. Am I the only one to have this problem?

Did you re-add it to the dlclist.xml? I believe when an update happens you need to re-configure the dlclist.xml as it breaks any added DLC files.

 

Open dlclist.xml and add the EUP dlc to the bottom (if it's there and not at the bottom, remove it and add it to the bottom of the list) 

Is the dlclist.xml in update.rpf?

Reinstall it.I had to reinstall all my cars,handling lines.I also had to reinstall all of Captain's 14 packs.Had to reinstall AI pursuit disabler,Radiance

they were(folder's) all in were they were supposed to be,but they all had to reinstalled

Can you tell me the exactly way to dlclist?  I have to open it in OIV right? :S
