Well I still have one more idea... It could be the Compression Method. I'm trying to downsize some unused files, and do a Normal Compression rather than Ultra. I'll link again once that's done. Okay, here's the new link. Simply called "PoliceScanner". Also, it could be a program issue. For reference purposes, I'm using 7Zip on Windows 10. https://mega.nz/#!4AMSgaoQ!v7xGWoliS2SyBH2aT9wG2RXdPLBG_4Q1kexUQ4QBazE

Damn... Not sure what it could be. If it were plausible I'd just upload the files one by one to you, but there's hundreds lol.

Okay, here's the Mega.nz link. Choose "Download Through Browser" and with my fingers crossed... It should work. https://mega.nz/#!0IkkwLJC!Ed7pj7zur2d0UftBB0E4n-QBQjabQUmuEDfzHbY-5Ig

Arrest Manager (Grab Peds, More Jail Points, Prisoner Transport & more)
Hey @Albo1125 just a quick question... I've got an odd and random bug that leaves a blip flashing for a previously "grabbed" ped. Just wondering if it's a known issue, and what exactly I'm doing to cause it. Thank you in advance. How it happens : Arrest Ped Shift + T to grab. (Yellow blip begins on Ped) G to place in vehicle Call for Transport Ped leaves as usual, blip occasionally remains however, in the last spot the Ped was prior to being picked up and cannot be gotten rid of as far as I know. Attempted several "CleanUp/CleanWorld/ClearTasks" commands in the Console, but none of this has worked yet. Again, thank you for any advice.

1990s Los Santos County Sheriff Pack
You know, I was just thinking today that "I would love to see an ELS enabled 90's Caprice." I'm glad you released this man, it's exactly what I was looking for! Models are great, lightbars are great, skins are great, and lighting patterns are great. Love it! 5/5

Oh man I wish I knew about it in those days lol. Most of all however, I would love to have a program to create proper audio files from scratch. If I had something of that sort, I could replace literally all audio with more relevant responses. But for now that's sadly only a dream. In any case, thanks for the interest here bud!

I will say you've given me an idea as a "placeholder" of sorts though... I think I'll go ahead and release a version that doesn't change the female dispatcher audio at all (with the exception of lines such as "In uhhhhhhhh"). It may take roughly a week however.

Yes, I'm still toying around with changing as much Dispatcher audio as possible. I'm an incredibly busy man however, so it takes a very long time. Thanks for the input, and happy gaming.

[REL | WIP] LSPDFR Computer+
Wow, once I started using this mod, I cannot, and will not go without it. Reminds me of "TicketTime". I love it! Quick couple of questions/suggestions if you don't mind... 1 : Would it be possible to implement the Arrest Reports to Albo's Court System? It's been on my mind for a while now. I'd love to see the results of my Arrests more often. 2 : Could you add an Arrest History log to Peds (not just Ped's you've arrested)? Sort of like the "Times Stopped" info. It could show a history that's randomly generated. Example... 12/19/2011 : Assault on an Officer (Felony) (LSPD) 03/15/2015 : Marijuana Possession (Misdemeanor) (BCSO) 01/01/2016 : Obstruction (Misdemeanor) (SAHP) In any case, thank you again for this fantastic mod!

Better EMS
@PNWParksFan Hey bud quick question for you. I have an ELS enabled Ambulance, and when calling for EMS with this mod, it usually shows up without the lights on. The siren works, just the lights are typically off. Is there a setting that you know of to fix this? Is this an ELS related issue, or is this something you're working on? Thank you in advance.

Global Callout Suggestion's Topic (FIND and POST Callout Idea's Here)
Well as far as "accuracy" goes, it would only throw you a description based (as my example above) on a possible outcome of an NPC in a zone. The NPC I mentioned is able to be found, in the exact outfit described. But it's a 1 in 3 chance on average of GTA V to pull that one from the pool each time you drive down one of the streets in that area. So it would be an off time sort of thing. Anywho, thanks for taking interest!

Global Callout Suggestion's Topic (FIND and POST Callout Idea's Here)
I will say that I've always had an idea for a callout (though I have no knowledge regarding how that's done). It would be a callout that doesn't actually have an "end" to it. Once accepted, information will be provided, and then it will end itself without knowledge to the player. Here's a brief idea. It would be based on a Wanted Suspect (here me out). I got the idea from the show "The First 48". Dispatch would inform the player that a suspect is wanted for (insert reason here). They would then give a description (of a random NPC in game) and location they're known to be around. This is because NPC types are locked to specific zones. There would be no waypoint, or marker on any pedestrian. It would simply be up to the player to keep an eye out for someone matching that description as they patrol and take other calls. Example below based off of my own testing with finding NPC's and their varying descriptions (because they do spawn with different clothing options) Black Male Yellow/Purple Basketball Jersey Blue Jean Shorts Brown Boots Ballas Gang Member Frequents Strawberry and Rancho areas Players could then search for this pedestrian whenever they're available (in between callouts). It would also assist those who are looking to play a "Detective". Just my thoughts. In any case, thank you for posting this topic here.

No, LPCallouts Dev has implemented his own responses for the plugin, that he finds to fit very well with said callouts. The original issue is that his audio was overwriting mine, or mine was overwriting his. He's since fixed the issue, and therefore I was able to remove the folder from this mod. In short, these two mods work well together

Patchday##ng questions...
A .meta file is typically for either a Handling line (which isn't normally required anymore) or it's for extras on a vehicle (which also isn't normally required anymore). You only need to mess with .meta files if a vehicle mod comes with them, and specifically tells you that you need them. Other than that, you're good to go. Also, yes you can simply add them to patchday14ng without them being there. The game will load those instead of the "Vanilla" ones.

Patchday##ng questions...
Good afternoon buddy. Simply put, I place all vehicle mods in GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14 . The game will load the latest version of a vehicle model from the latest patchday folder. This is what works for me. However, if you have vehicles that require you to replace a .meta file, then it's important to place them wherever they tell you to. I hope this helps

In that case, I'm honestly not sure what the issue is. Sadly, my only advice is to keep trying, or perhaps try 7Zip instead (I also have Windows 10 and it still works wonders). I really hope you can get this sorted out buddy

That issue is not on my side of things. I've double checked (literally) that the download is still working. You're using 7Zip or an equivalent correct?
