  1. Brought it back in the latest update
  2. I didn't even know they were still Developing for it lol. But in all seriousness, I'd just like to have the "Unarmed Arrest" bug fixed. It's been my biggest gripe ever since it was introduced.
  3. Yes, I use the Steam Version... Here are some videos by @Jeff Favignano to help with installing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZnBwl7R4cg (LSPDFR) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-M05f2MYo70 (Models/Textures/Sound) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRIagJSjd1s (Callouts/Plugins/Physics) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0BO4JFwd_Y (.Meta Files)
  4. Well I personally like these two packs. I decided to pick and choose which vehicles I wanted, so that I could use them both together. Just edit your Backup.xml to suit your liking.
  5. @Albo1125 Hey I have a slight suggestion/request if possible, for people such as myself who enjoy using your plugins, and don't wish to use the PoliceComputer mod quite yet... "Press Charges" How could this work? Similar to the way your plugins allow for Pedestrian Tickets, a menu could be opened after an arrest has been made. The menu could contain a good list of arrestable offenses, that may be chosen by the Player. Once finished, a simple line of text could pop up stating the charges you've placed against the Suspect. If for example you chose "DUI, Reckless Driving, and Resisting Arrest" then the line of text would read something along the lines of "You're being charged with DUI, Reckless Driving and Ressisting Arrest". Just a suggestion for immersion purposes, and if you could work that into the Court System somehow, THAT would also be mindblowing. Thanks either way for the great content and continued support Albo, love your stuff buddy.
  6. Off the top of my head... One of two things. 1: RadianceV needs to be reinstalled for whatever reason. Possibly a file has replaced the .meta 2: The vehicle you're using may have a "Tint" issue. In your Trainer, go to Vehicle Options/VehicleModMenu and at the bottom should be "Tint". It always says "None", but this is not always true. Set it to tinted, and then back to "None". Usually happens to anything in the "Sheriff2" slot. But go ahead and give #1 a shot, as it's the most likely scenario.
  7. Looks like a fun Callout pack... Does this work with the latest RPH?
  8. The real King of the Hill. Hank's Hill.
  9. Do you have the very latest version of ScriptHookV? http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
  10. Well I'm not sure if this is it, but here's a shot! @Gump always has good stuff.
  11. Well most people simply didn't care for it. So with the amount of work required to make it work with all of the Plugins, it just sadly wasn't worth it Edit: However, here's how I did it, just in case you'd like to give it a shot. Audacity is the program I use. Open the file you'd like to change in Audacity "AREA_ALTA_01" for example Click "Effect" Click "Change Pitch" Regardless of the two numbers shown, replace the first with "800" and the second with "700". That's it
This is now my new favorite pack. I love this! Great work here buddy.
  12. Thanks bud, must have run into a hiccup the first time.
  13. For some reason, 7Zip will not allow me to extract the .oiv, it keeps telling me it failed. Anyone else having this issue? Or a possible solution to it?
  14. I've been begging people not to support anything Online with GTA since 2014. Sadly, it seems they cannot help themselves.
  15. @LVMPDFAN Great pack! Do you mind if I ask which Visual Mod you're using?
  16. Lol I hear you. Just remember to always reinstall my audio over (after) any new plugin you download, including updates to plugins. Those will override mine
  17. So I just found the cause... It's VisualV for whatever reason. Found this out after reinstalling mods one by one. So for now I'll be removing that mod. Hope this helps anyone else who may have the same issue.
  18. Ah, then with the standard, I don't believe those other plugins are in need of an update. But I'll go ahead and look into it for ya :)
  19. Roger that. Do you use the Standard Version or the Original?
  20. I regret to say that whatever it changed, it did not change the Traffic Light durations lol. There is a junctions.pso file in the same location, but I haven't the slightest idea on how to open that one. Tried extracting to .xml, did nothing.
  21. Thanks bud. Yes, I am indeed using a Mods Folder. I'll give it a shot sometime within a day or two and I'll report what happens (or breaks) back here.
Any mod that attempts to make my game more realistic gets a thumbs up from me. For quality purposes, this mod receives two. Great audio all around, will not be playing without it
  22. Hello all, Quick question, as I have no experience in this area of OpenIV. Couldn't I theoretically speed up the Traffic Lights by changing the values located in Update/Update/Common/Data/Levels/GTA5/Junction.xml ? For example, changing "fcycleduration value" from 30 to say... 10? Just wondering someone else's thoughts on this before I give it a shot. Thanks in any case.
